Everything was great
-
Room was very clean, staff were friendly. Location of the hotel was close to everything
-
Very disappointed on the staff, I did not get my room till 4:30pm on Friday when I had access to early check in at 12pm. I don’t think I would come back.
-
Our room needed a lot of work- broken drawers, drain was not draining in the shower, toilet ran all the time, sink was cracked and needs to be fixed. Lots of construction going on in the casino. Just overall blah for what we paid to stay there
-
Always love staying here, did encounter having to wait until 5pm to check in our room

Big, Smokey, Noisy! Not sure what I was expecting in Vegas. Great restaurant choices and good location. If you like Vegas this hotel will do.

Everything was great!

Staff is very friendly and hotel is placed in center of strip. View of fountains and strip was amazing and well worth it!
-
Amazing location on the strip. So many fun things to do around plus Marquee night club is just there. This is our 3rd time staying here and its always been great. Highly recommended. I would suggest getting a 25th floor room or higher for better views if possible to request at the time.

Such lovely staff members. Ariel with the front desk is wonderful—apologies if I’ve misspelled her name. The concierge folks were so very nice as well.

When we contacted guest services, they were not helpful, so we had to go down to the lobby ourselves. The front desk staff offered an upgraded room, but only at an additional expensive cost, which did not feel like a fair solution when the issue was that the room did not match the advertised expectation. The worst part was the bathroom. During our stay, my partner and I tried to use the bathtub, but the drains appeared to be backed up and the bathroom began to smell like raw sewage. It completely ruined the moment and made the room feel unsanitary and uncomfortable. I was only in Las Vegas for a short 48-hour trip, so did not want to waste more of our time arguing at the front desk or trying to escalate in person. After returning home, I gave the hotel/Caesars an opportunity to respond privately via email and submission forms before leaving a public review, but I have not received a proper resolution. For the price, location, and brand name, I expected a much better experience. Between the room not matching expectations, the poor service response, and the sewage smell from the bathroom drains, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
