Roaches in the room and shower

Very dirty. Sheets looks like reused. Our room smelled like cigarettes. Not an option if you have extra dollar to spare just pay for a nicer hotel.

Just needed cheap place to stay for the night, went with low cost and there were bugs in the room

Horrible place the room was so dirty also they have cockroaches..very bad experience..I’ll not definitely go back.

On my way into the lobby on arrival I noticed a very strong chemical smell. It was the same in the elevator, hallways and my room. The smell was less the next day and I finally recognized the smell. They had been having fumigation done for bugs. I had a cockroach crawling on the wall by the thermostat, a chunk of the tub coating was missing and the horrible smell of weed coming from the AC unit when you ran it. The bath towel was dirty with a large yellow stain and another dark stain. They only gave you 1 tiny bar of soap and they did not change the towels from day to day.

Aircon was really cold, staff helpful to extend my stay for an hour

Smells. I would pick another hotel

Waited 20 minutes to check in because nobody was at the front desk. All the furniture is outdated and super dusty. The hallways smell like dust and smoke. There was more noise and people awake at 2am then when we checked in. A lot of people had dogs also. I will never be staying here again. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I wish I would’ve.

The room was filthy with my feet getting black walking around barefoot, roaches in the room, ring around the tub, microwave had brown rust inside, counters were filthy, sinks were filthy. Sheets had brown stains on them. There was nothing about this place that was good. The outside trash cans were overflowing, dog poop scattered literally all over the place. The carpets in the hallway were filthy and the furniture was damaged. I have NEVER seen or stayed in a place like this. Expedia needs to partially refund me for this crappy place because you have it on your site available to stay there.

En el hotel habían todo tipo de bichos, cucarachas, volando bichos, las sucias, toallas con malos olores, había solo una toalla, el baño sucio, pelos en la cama, olor a cigarrillo y mariguana en la pieza, la zona insegura. Me quedé solo 5 horas aún estoy esperando mi reembolso.

Listing was totally wrong, and the staff lied. There was bugs and cockroaches everywhere. The bed was not comfortable at all. No covers no nothing. It wasn’t clean in general. It was a lie. This place should not even be listed.

Had we not driven four hours and arrived close to midnight, we would have left immediately. The kids were upset and uncomfortable, which made the experience even more disappointing. I hope this review reaches future guests, but more importantly, the ownership and management team. Significant improvements need to be made to cleanliness and overall upkeep. No family should have to experience these conditions.
