Very lonely area and the bathroom wasn't well maintained it was functional but we had to constantly use a plunger

Clean room

The price was right for a late check in, but that was the only positive The staff was unwelcoming. The property was dirty, with trash in the parking lot and around the property itself. Many of the trash cans had full bags of trash just sitting there. Our room was basic and old looking. The shower had mold and cob webs. The room ac/ heater was so noisy. Last the so called free breakfast was barely cereal with warm milk, waffles with a line so long we never got a chance and dry bread. Nothing else. We had asked for extra blankets and didn’t get them.

The property gave an old Hispanic hacienda vibe The restroom floor was not at all clean the bed room area floors Al’s were not at all clean

This is my favorite hotel everything about it is lovely perfectly priced for what you get and that straight comfort and as clean place to sleep every staff member was nice and courteous every staff member breakfast was good always fresh I really enjoyed my stay the last time I stayed my husband passed away and you all really treating me really good while I was at his funeral so I will never stay anywhere else but there More decaf coffee...smile.... I'm sure if I would have asked I would have got it

Pool and hot tub

The a/c barely kept the room cold. There was spider webs/cobwebs in the room. the bathtub was disgusting. Looked like its never been cleaned, rust colored water came out of the faucet, the shower head was spraying water, and the bathtub filled up halfway as your taking a shower

the area in front of our room was not cleaned up the bed in the room was old and uncomfortable you could not sleep well also due to the room up on. the Second floor was noisy and as they walked around in that room you would hear thumbing as they walked our room was an older and we we're not told that it would get cleaned as we we're out for the day and returned see that it was not made up or cleaned the breakfast was not that great only had toast and cereal and you had to make your own waffle if you wanted one not like other Howard Johnson where they had a better choice of breakfast this one place we will not return or recommend the Property was just not a good or great place to stay

I like the size of the room The maids needs to clean rooms a little better and stock with new stuff had used toilet paper in our restroom

Close to get around

The location of the property is ideal. The breakfast options are so limited. Not nice. Room was only cleaned once in my 4 day stay. Not nice.

My kids got bites all over i need a refund bullet holes in the window

The breakfast was minimal and the milk for cereal was room temperature I request a ground floor room and was emailed that they would accommodate my request it upon arrival I was given a second floor room.

The sheets had blood.

They canceled my reservation. I called and they told me they would hold it and honor the price. When I arrived, they upped it by over 100%. I have to negotiate down to more than the original discounted price. Then when I paid the clerk tried to keep $40. The room was disgusting. The life adjacent to the bedroom would not turn off. I had to use the breaker box. It was a non-smoking room but reeked of smoke. Cold water tested at work on faucet. Breakfast was abysmal. Even the coffee dispenser didn’t work. The worst day I’ve had in a hotel in my entire life. And I have stayed in many hotels.

Nothing All of it was a Horrible Experience, I would NEVER stay at this Motel Again… The Motel in general is old and ran down, Definitely in Much Need of a renovation. Didn’t like that me and my son Couldn’t Sleep Because of constant rude people running yelling and horse playing in the Hall ways until 1am Just Horrible experience for a guest to stay there for the first time and having to deal with that crap.I’ll definitely make sure I’ll let anyone that’s planning to stay there To please save there money Because is definitely not Worth it staying there.

How close it was to my event I was attending How steep the drive in was

Room was stuffy like there was no air circulating in it. Plus there were no accommodations for ADA, that’s why I had to cancel my stay. And the front desk person was dressed like he lived on the premises.
