The Buena Park Hotel & Suites

The room was old and not very clean. We even spotted some dead cockroaches! The love seat looked dirty and worn out. The cleaning staff weren’t very helpful, and they didn’t clean the room even when we asked, and the trash wasn’t picked up. The front desk staff were friendly, though. I’m definitely not planning to stay here again.

Place was pretty bad. Can’t expect much for the price, I would hope at bare minimum a clean room or room service. I would put the room service tag every day and it would either get turned around (to no do not disturb or I would find it on the floor) by someone. Everything but the bathroom was pretty dirty and gross. Dirty towels, seats, and beds. Wouldn’t recommend this to really anyone unless you need a place to sleep on the fly. Rooms were clean property well maintained. Staff were amazing. Def a 10/10 would recommend! Close to Knott’s Walmart and mainly the highway. See ya next time

I was just disappointed that there was no elevator we had too much luggage to have to carry ourselves up the stairs. The rooms were not clean efficiently there was hair in the shower there was blood on the toilet seat so other than the location which was amazing you're surrounded by so many restaurants which are in walking distance but the rooms themselves were not great no phone to call room service some rooms had microwave some didn't the TV wasn't working well none of the lights were working you couldn't put your chargers in the outlet because they would just fall out I would not recommend this place at all sadly

Rooms were disgusting. I felt nasty staying in there. The water pressure was horrible. There were stains on the curtains stains on the bed sheets The chair had old crusty food on it. The table in the room had old food embedded in it. The lamp shades had food stains or some kind of stains on it so Doors had a bunch of black markings like if they were never wiped down

Can’t complain about the price. Great location too. Property is clean but needs a little TLC

The staff was exceptional!! The room was clean and stock with goodies. Great location and place to stay.

Instead of being able to relax and enjoy our stay, we had to go to the store and purchase Lysol and bleach cleaner so we could clean the room ourselves. This was very disappointing and not what we expected from a hotel. I hope management takes cleanliness more seriously, as this experience fell well below acceptable standards. We will NOT be staying there again.

Hot tub was out of service…

soon as we walked in, room smelled like cigarette. bedding was not clean

No house keeping even if you leave a note, trash everywhere but good location

terrible and very dirty

It was a bed .. the street side is very noisy until about 1:00 a.m. The breakfast is a waffle station and bread to toast.. if you are lucky you might be able to get a yogurt.. there was NO FRUIT AT ALL! NOT EVEN A 🍌 FOR SCALE!

The room was clean but the property needed upkeep.
