errible experience... we arrived at midnight after a long trip with tired young children, and upon reaching the hotel, there was a terrible smell. I hadn't checked the reviews beforehand, but there were bedbugs and cockroaches. The person who attended to us was very ill-tempered... I had to find another hotel, and they refused to refund my money. I will NEVER go back there.

Right next door to Medieval times, so that’s convenient. Would not stay again.

They will do a bunch of "errors" and "mistakes" that result in you getting random charges without your approval, consent or disclosure of. Spent a week trying to contact management and have been avoided. Have moved on to pursuing this legally! Again STAY AWAY from this scam of a hotel, double check your bank accounts if you have already!

The front desk guy was rude from the beginning. I waited about 5 minutes at the front desk, waiting for someone to show up and help me. When he finally came out of the back room because I asked for someone to help me, he did not seem happy to be there. He started off by telling me that the room I had booked online was not available so he had to give me a different room. This room was not even an upgrade. It was a downgrade for the same price. When I got to the room, the room was hot. It was over 80° in there when I tried to turn on the AC it was not working so I tried calling the front desk, but no one would answer. I know he wasn’t busy because there was no one else when I was checking in. I called multiple times before I decided to just walk up to the front desk again. But before I walked up to the front desk, I noticed the Internet was not working either. When I was up there, I told the guy that the AC was not working nor the Internet. He said the AC was not gonna be working all night till tomorrow. (If he already knew that the AC was not working why didn’t he tell me since I checked in). Regardless, I told him, that the Internet was down as well. A couple other guests showed up at the front desk while I was talking to the clerk maybe around five different people at different times complaining about the Internet and the AC in their rooms. He just said they weren’t working right now that they would have to wait till tomorrow.

Upon arrival, we noticed the TV did not work. We put a new request and we told somebody would be up within 15 minutes. It took over two hours. As we were getting ready for dinner, we noticed there was no hot water in the shower again, putting in request to get resolved. Upon returning from dinner around 9:30 we were informed the showerhead been fixed and they were replacing the TV. The shower still is not fixed and there was no hot water. They switched this room around 10 PM and there was still no hot water in the new room.

No water pressure, no hot water the entire stay, AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR EXTRA AMENITIEs!! I want a FULL REFUND ASAP!!

There was no hot water for several hours, about 5 hours in the evening. Assigned room far away from the elevators. There lot of vacant rooms but why assigned me 412? When I tried to get the room changed the only attendant was busy try to deal with hot water problem. The room is old but clean. I like the price but do not like the surprise parking charge. Please refund before I write any review on the website. Thank you

I did like that the room came with a small living room separate from the bedroom.

This was my first and last time I will stay here. First we had no Hot water then the following day we had NO Water and to top it off it was my wedding day. I had to wash up with cold water and did not feel fresh.

Location is fine, the fascade was nice, however there was a few concerns. I will limit to just a few but my list is actually a little more unfortunately. Number 1 There was no hot water for showers, #2 TV is for staging only, there are no actual signal for any viewings whatsoever and # 3 the entire property need a good cleaning, spider webs are everywhere, our queen been was sitting on a much smaller frame thus tilting when you sitting on the edge, don't buy anything from them. I inquired about one can of beer and it was $10.. That was a easy hard pass. Coffee station is a mess.. Oh I'm sorry but I think I exceeded my 3 concerns. I will stop here. Note: Pay a couple dollars more and I would recommend Holiday Inn Express instead! :) Thanks

No ac. Called office a few times and they said they would come and fix but never did. It was 83 degrees in room. Horrible stay

Very old facility, smell of mildew, scorching hot water, not very helpful staff, hair dryer in the room not even working. We booked 2 nights, left on the first night.

There was food in the mini fridge that had spoiled left from a previous guest, I had to let one of the cleaning ladies know, didn’t open the fridge it made the room smell bad. Other than that, no need for so many mirrors and a tv in the lounge area would be better than a mirror. Good beds clean rooms, there were no extra sheets for the pull out bed and the matresss for that was a bit yellow. We decided not to bother with it.

Roaches, dirty sheets with holes in them. My security deposit was never refunded and when we reached out to management they never responded to our emails

The staff were not bad. The room was horrible. Entry door and door jam was all jacked up where it looked like someone used a pry bar to get in. Couch cushions were all tore up and hanging half of cushions. Hot tub jets did not work. I could go on, but won't. Pool area and hotel could be alright with some time and money invested. Will never return here. My daughter and I did not even feel safe in room.

1st time was clean great experience. Second time it was dirty, not clean, tub water faucet was broken and didn't close all the way. They need to maintain this property like it just to be. I heard they got new management maybe this new person should pay more attention. I will be going back to cali in July but for sure not staying there anymore.

Room cleam, the room 226 AC isn't that strong. It was a little warm in there.
