Motel 6 Buena Park, CA Anaheim Near Maingate Knotts

Location The tweekers up stairs moving furniture at 3am

Location There was a hole in our bathroom a slice in our drapes and there was hair in our bed the first night we pulled back the covers. And the TV did not work the first couple nights

That it was next to Knotts and the room was decent That i had to be outside my room most of the time cuzs there was no wifi on my side of the hotel I was staying at and the TV as well was messed up due to wifi technical problems so I was mostly outside my room i paid for from the time we got there until literally check out so I didn't like that bullshit that I had to pay for something I wasn't in and it was paid for that's a waste of money

It was easy access. Perfect for my family Even though they had signs everywhere for your dog not to poop in certain areas there was still poop.

Everything was bad

When we arrived the facility had a distinct smell of weed. Obviously this is not completely in the motel’s control all that wasn’t why I rated it so low. When we got into our room we noticed a small amount of what appeared to be blood on the wall in the bathroom. Almost as if someone had cut themself shaving and smeared the wall. When we called down to let them know they said there was no one available to come clean it. After a few back and forths they offered to move us to a different room and I declined instead asking if I could cancel the reservation without penalty and still get a refund. The gentleman obliged and cancelled the reservation and we moved to a different place. Fast forward a few days and I never received my refund. I stopped into the place to get a receipt showing they refunded me and he gave me one showing it. I booked through booking.com and he told me I needed to go through them to get the money back. I called booking.com and they stated motel 6 needed to reply to whatever email they sent over which apparently never happened. I literally talked to both Motel 6 and Booking.com every day for 2 weeks with no resolution. Motel 6 told me to talk to a manager but a manager was never available. They said they did their part and booking.com was withholding my funds. Booking.com says Motel 6 never cancelled the reservation so I can’t have the refund. I asked Booking.com if they could contact Motel 6 to get whatever it was they needed and he said “we don’t do that we are just a call center”. Even my credit card company wouldn’t refund the charge because I had to make a payment to the card as payment was due. So now I’m stuck paying for a room I never stayed in because this motel and booking.com couldn’t get on the same page.

Parking ended up being free but had to ask for a parking permit Completely looks like a homeless camp n being harassed by others on the property

The WiFi no Good no To Clean

It is located right across from Knott’s Berry Farm. The people outside the property walking around with bandana masks on. People walking their dogs all over the property, like they lived there. Cigarettes and marijuana smoke everywhere. People smoking in the hallways. Toilet leaking, holes in the blankets, hair balls in the corners, grease smears like the room was attempted to be clean. Immediately left the room and asked for our money back.

It was near a location I was going to be at and walkable to food locations The service was bad I asked for room service in the morning while being out for the day I even made sure our room was decent and bedding and towels were in a corner by the door easy to access no one showed up I asked about it they acted completely clueless me and my family will never book a room here again

There was no breakfast offered The whole place so many animals there there was poop that was not picked up. Parking was no good at all there was so many people partying there. Found roaches in my room. Sheets were stained and no pillow cases on pillows

Nothing Disgusting sheets where dirty walls where stained Bathroom didnt even have a shower curtain hallway stinked with cigar smell

The location, other than that I liked nothing about our stay. The whole facility grounds was covered in dog poop, cigarette butts and trash, the sheets where stained the comforters where stained, the hallways smelt like dog poop, cigarettes, and marijuana. Seems like every room and dogs staying in it so every slight noise at least 10 dogs would start barking all night long.
