Great for the price for families

Not gonna lie, it wasn't very good. All the dressers were broken, broken TV, lamp was broken, holes in the wall, and stained towels. At least they had a pool that was kinda nice that had a shower outside to rinse off. I read reviews after I had booked that said there were cockroaches and hoped not to find any, but we definitely did. Also there are no phones or ice. I think it would be smart for this hotel to renovated a room at a time to make a better environment for both them and the guest.

Cleanliness

Floors were dirty, not given new towels or soap when needed

The rooms were absolutely disgusting, dirty. Bugs walking around on the floor. Bathtub/shower had hair in it from the previous people. The trim on the floor boards looked like someone had been chewing on them. Upon opening the door, the room stunk of weed. Not good when you have 2 children asking what that smell is. The bathroom door wouldn't close because it would hit the toilet seat. Positive thing was it was right across the street from Knots Berry Farm. I definitely would not stay here again and would not reccomend you stay here. Upon checking the reviews, they have had bug problems for sometime now. Someone used toilet paper in the peep hole for the door.

Not worth the discount for stay. It was disgusting!

Great water temp

Dirty and a little scary but walking distance to knotts for the price you'd pay to park at knotts.

Roaches coming out the cabinets, sink, and toilet. Place has bed bugs and when we went to cancel and ask for our refund, they said we had to go through a different system and wouldn’t help after they said that. Air conditioning not working, had pets and broken down vehicles in the parking lot. California Department of Public Health letter was on the counter top out on the main counter.

Bed sheets were stained with yellow, floors were unswept and gross, and the bathroom smelled like a sewer. If we weren’t there for just one night I would’ve left

Everything was fine except the bedding looked like it had been washed from the last people. And cigarette burn holes all over both blankets on both beds.

If you're on a budget and the point of your travel is to do things away from the hotel, then it's fine. The $60 cash deposit came as a surprise.

Thieves and bullies. And lo key perverts

I found two cockroaches in the room; we booked for four people, but they only provided three towels, claiming it was hotel policy. The blankets didn't look like they had been washed, and the guest in the room above was making noise constantly, including in the middle of the night.

Power went out the first night and received no discount and insurance denied the claim for partial discount. They knew of the outage in advanced and still accepted reservations without any notice to guests or offers for any type of compensation or accommodation. Do not recommend

The only complaint I had was we had a cracked toilet seat and every time you sat down it pinched you, but I never went to the front desk but they cleaned my room because I was there for three days and they never changed it but I didn’t ask so that’s the only bad thing

As we got into our room, we saw a cockroach crawling on the wall. We reserved a non-smoking room, but you can smell the cigarette in the room. My husband and I decided not to stay and immediately checked out.
