the room was clean when we arrived. Missing a mat for the tub, which was delivered quickly. Staff was quite friendly and provided with some useful information for the activities we planned. Breakfast was more expensive than we are used to, but it is in Los Angeles. I was satisfied with the selections. Ate supper at 12Sixty and could not finish the big portions. Price was lower than expected.

You have to pay for parking per night! That makes this hotel more expensive than the others I looked at.

Property doesn’t seem like it’s maintained, bathroom tub peeling not as clean.

We love this Holiday Inn, because it is centrally located for all California theme parks and events.. plus their are plenty of nice places to eat..

The mattresses on both beds were not very supportive. Both sagged and were broken down.

The pool was the highlight of the stay and was very enjoyable. However, the rest of the property appears quite rundown and is in need of upgrades. While the stay was overall acceptable, these issues with the room’s condition were concerning. They also Charge for overnight parking.

First off staff is friendly and kind! It’s an old hotel. Lobby area is fine but that’s where it ends. Hallways stink and to make it worse they spray harsh chemicals to kill the smell but that makes it worse. Room is super outdated and needs deep cleaning and or remodeling, Carpet has heavy smell that makes room smell bad. Windows is super dirty to the point you hesitate to open to let fresh air in and had spider web all around. Super outdated bathroom. Conclusion, rate seems attractive but not worth!

BE ADVISED YOU HAVE TO PAY $13.00 A DAY FOR PARKING!! WILL NOT STAY AT A HOLIDAY INN ANYMORE. SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY EXTRA TO PARK IN THEIR PARKING LOT.
