Las habitaciones limpias y cuentan con cocina completa, el parque de agua es un costo extra, areas limpias.En la habitación que me quede se podía ver a través de la ventana hacia los pasillos contando con poca privacidad.

The staff at this place was incredibly helpful and friendly. They were quick to solve any of our needs. It’s a great place for families.

Very family friendly. Everything, I asked for was brought to me immediately. Couple outlets in master bedroom didn’t work. But other than that everything was great!!

Had an amazing time so many things to do our only hiccup was with dinner at Sid’s apps didn’t come but they eventually brought them and accommodated us for them.

I liked the resort and all the things they had for kids and adults to do The bathroom in .y room was messed up from the day wr got there til the day we left and we got no accommodation for that..they should have switched rooms when they seen it was a problem with the toilet..that was very uncomfortable since we were a long way from home

It was very peaceful. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. I feel like my kids were able to be free and safe at all times. There was nothing we didnt like other then not having a stove to cook. My kids dont want to stay anywhere else when we visit orlando. The greatest part was we didnt even have to leave the facility.

Very nice location with a lot of amenities to go too but it’s too expensive everything u do u have to pay My neighbor cook something smelly and when we come back from our adventures outside it smell the whole room stink like dried fish or something

Everything I couldn’t connect my Netflix but they had a remote with Netflix on it

Restaurants had poor service & food was terrible. The A/C went out in the room, lost an item & they seemed as if they couldn’t care less.closed the waterpark at any chance of rain with no refund, Won’t be back.
