Great location, rooms, basic breakfast great for a decent budget hotel.

En el hotel todas las áreas tenían buena limpieza excepto el área de la piscina que está un poco descuidada pero todo lo demás excelente se lo recomiendo 100% buena atención de parte del personal del hotel ,el desayuno excelente con mucha variedad para todos los gustos y bien elaborado y lo que nos gusta a todos que es bufé abierto para coger lo que uno desea y la cantidad que uno quiera y la ubicación excelente serca de todo

Very clean room and very spacious customer service was very nice and helpful and polite and breakfast was amazing and a lot of variety food to choose from swimming pool was excellent so the hot tub jacuzzi

Although the location was convenient for our plans, we did not have a good experience. The cleanliness was terrible; we found hairs of all colors on towels that were supposed to be clean. The bathroom and bedroom floor were also poorly cleaned. There were few options at breakfast, and food wasn't replenished when it ran out. Unfortunately, we did not feel comfortable at this hotel.

Every thing is not good

Nice hotel, great price. They are in the middle of upgrades, however it was not an issue during the stay. Comfortable rooms, bed, and spacious. The only issue we had was stained spots on sheets. Everything was clean but no one should see a stained sheet. Otherwise, everything was great. The staff was friendly & helpful. Check in was super quick.

For the price I paid I was surprised with the service I got. Super reasonably priced, right on irlo which was the perfect drive to all the Disney parks. The room was classic, they were in the middle of renovations so some drilling above us in the am but we were awake anyway so it wasn’t a bother (and we were warned). The rooms were clean just a little outdated and having the pool to turn to (with provided towels) was a huge plus! The front desk was super nice and accommodating when I needed more supplies. Would definitely stay here again

El servicio del personal muy atentos, un solo día pedí toallas y los días subsiguientes ya me ponian toallas limpias y dejaban una toalla para los pies al salir de la ducha como me gustaba. De volver de vacaciones regreso con toda mi familia al mismo hotel. Recomendados al 100 por ciento.

I just think with the money they get they could do some improvements on rooms and in the hotel.

Breakfast was not ideal due to crowds and lack of seating. Food items were out and options limited. Beds were on the firm side. Location was great! I would stay here again but not my top pick.

We were pretty disappointed by this hotel. The other reviews said it was clean and had a great breakfast, but our room felt dirty (sticky floors, dirty walls) and the breakfast was very minimal. Waffles were the only consistent available food at breakfast and the other foods were constantly running out and there was not enough to keep up with the guests. If we had known this, we would have opted to stay somewhere else.

Was a good stay overall

If you just need a place to sleep and get ready for another day at Disney, it’s great!! They have a great complimentary breakfast lots of great choices. My only complaint would be that the ice machine on the 2nd foot didn’t work. Other than that great experience for the $$

We are 2 adults with 3 kids. We lived this hotel. For the price it can't be beat. It not glamorous but for kids it hits different. Mickey waffles. Hot tub. Large room. All the things you could ask for and all within budget!

The room was mostly clean but the tub wasn’t overall 7/10 for cleanliness. Staff was very helpful with anything needed. Breakfast was 7/10 wasn’t the best but was good enough for you to have a good healthy breakfast. There wasn’t a kitchen but they did have coffee in the lobby all day.
