Holiday Inn Resort Kissimmee by the Parks by IHG

Overall a really great hotel. The price was perfect and was right outside the Disney area but close enough to get to the parks on a timely manner.

We only stayed here because a dance competition was being held at the hotel. Several families had to switch hotels because the dust and old carpeting triggered allergies. Overall, the property is in need of significant improvements, specially in the rooms.

We had a great stay! The room was spacious, clean, and the hotel smelled fresh throughout. I only wish the bathroom had been a little bigger. We loved that the hotel had a Dunkin’, an indoor bar, a pool bar, and a resort-style pool. It was also great having Chuck E. Cheese, late-night pizza, tacos, and burgers on-site. The karaoke nights were so much fun, and overall the hotel had a great atmosphere. We’d definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was decent. The staff was the star of the experience. Everyone was friendly. Everyone greeted and welcomed each and every guess.

Father’s Day weekend was extra special thanks to another amazing stay at Holiday Inn Resort Kissimmee by the Parks! Everything was wonderful once again, from the clean and comfortable room to the delicious breakfast and fun amenities. Special thanks to Alexander, Milton, Viviana, and Daniela for their kindness, professionalism, and warm smiles. They always make us feel like family, and their exceptional service is one of the main reasons we keep coming back. This hotel has truly become a special place for us, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay. Thank you for making another family getaway so memorable!

Room was nice, A/C worked great. Beds were a little too firm for my personal taste but comfortable. Hotel was very busy with multiple different teams of teenagers there for some kind of competition. Breakfast was great. Other food amenities, not associated with the hotel were more expensive than we thought, food quality didnt match the price. Only major negative was the second night when we got off the elevator the entire hallway leading to our room smelled like Marijuana. It was overwhelming, and the hotel was 100% a smoke free hotel.

The room has old furniture the AC had a humidity smell. I scratched myself with a corner of the furniture that was very sharp

Very pleasant stay the rooms were very clean as well as the facility well maintain on their up keep of the building.

Staff was nice and welcoming, but the hotel completely changed since now being bought out. This was our first time coming and it not being a Wyndham, room smelled musty, furniture peeling, desk legs were rusty. Just didn’t feel like a nice comfortable stay like it used to.

I didn’t like the no cash rule but everything else was good.

Rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Love the relaxed atmosphere and free parking!
