This was a great place to stay. Nice accommodations . Extremely nice staff and an excellent breakfast.

Room & breakfast were fine. No complaints. However one of my reasons for booking was the park shuttle. Which was very disappointing. Universal opened at 9-10am. The shuttle left at 745am meaning we had to sit and wait at the park for 1-2 hours. There was no other shuttle options. For Disney which opened at 9 and was only a 10 minute drive away the shuttle was at 845. After driving 20 minutes the shuttle passed by our hotel again, we then got dropped at Epcot. Had to get the skyline to another park, hopped a bus to get to magic kingdom and arrived at 1030am! We used Uber after that, had we of known the schedule we would have ubered there to begin with instead of wasting our morning.

Deben de remodelar las habitaciones, dan un buen servicio, buen desayuno caliente, aunque deben incluir cremas calientes tal como avena ya que las que ofrecen son de bolsas para preparar en microondas.

This hotel was conveniently located, and the breakfast bar was nice. The beds were very comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. My only quibble is that the bathroom was looking like it needed a remodel. There were some mold issues, and flaking paint. Besides that, it was fine.

Its very clean, pool was useful and workers are efficient. Food was good and has a lot of options. Very well maintained.

The room was clean but not updated. Overall to was a good stay can’t complain

The only downside was breakfast. My spouse stayed back in the room and did not join me for breakfast I wanted to take it back to the room and I was advised I could not take breakfast out the lobby. At no hotel I have ever been denied to take breakfast to my room.

I refuse to pay for parking unless it is truly unavoidable so free parking was a must for me. Once we arrived we didn't leave so I can't speak to how parking was throughout the day but we had no trouble finding a spot when we arrived. The breakfast was okay, nothing spectacular but not the worst breakfast we've had. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. A good night sleep was the goal after traveling so far and this checked that box. If we weren't staying somewhere else during our trip I would have been okay with this location for the week. I don't know how far it is to all the major parks or how traffic is at different times of day, but if you're looking to stay at a decent place while visiting parks this was good. There was a pool and it was open but we didn't swim. It was a standard small hotel/motel swimming pool and looked fine for a swim.

Las fotografías que tiene la página del hotel no corresponden con la realidad en cuanto a la calidad y mantenimiento de las habitaciones, el hotel esta bastante deteriorado y viejo y las habitaciones tienen muchísima humedad, el desayuno es bastante reducido en cuanto a opciones, aunque el personal de recepción es bastante amable.

Customer service and accessibility was great. Amazing priced and has great hot breakfast.
