Westgate Towers Resort

Not sure what the non upgraded room looked like? Just a weird room and not well planned out for it to be called a Villa studio. Bed frame not connected to the headboard and rolled around while sleeping and turning

We were assigned a remodeled room in the 6th floor, everything was perfect!

The pools were nice Toaster was malfunctioning no hot water in the jetted tubs construction going on right outside my windows on the weekend for God's sake so could not get my morning rest and relaxation in

Place was amazing. We will always stay here from now on. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Didn’t really like much about the property. Only thing I liked. Was the AC in the room, and in the hallways was good. I didn’t like that The water pressure was low in the showers. I didn’t like the noise from the connected room next-door. I didn’t like that You can’t smoke Outside in the balcony. I didn’t like that There was no spaces available in my welcome package for my breakfast and I definitely didn’t like that They told me my deposit would be returned to my account upon checkout, which it wasn’t, and they never told me that it can take 10 to 15 business days and last But not least. I didn’t like that It did not feel like a resort at all. the pools were small, and part of the property was closed due to renovations, including the parking lot.

I really like this resort very clean staff was nice beautiful decor I will say my hot tub didnt work that was my only issue

The resort was pretty cleaned smelled really nice staff were somewhat understanding and accommodating gave us an extra 2 hours at checkout still falls short from our usual Westlake location but I’m overall satisfied good budget location the rooms could use some renovations but besides that good location everything is really close and it’s next to Disney.

Always a great stay at westgate.

There was no room cleaning service at all, not even upon request. Limited toiletries unless requested and even then they didn’t bring everything I requested. Regardless, I still had a nice stay. The place is nice and as long as I didn’t need to depend on the staff, everything was good. But if you are looking for a resort feel they’re definitely was no resort feeling. A nice hotel would have worked better for me and would have been much more cost effective. I will not be staying there ever again.

The front desk agent, Sara, that handled check in wasn’t welcoming or friendly at all so it wasn’t the best start to our stay at the Westgate. However, the room was excellent and clean which matters most to us. They offer a lot of amenities since you have access to their sister resort (Westgate villas). I would likely return, but ideally would want to check in with someone else. Westgate is a brand with a reputation to protect and should really have people who enjoy working in hospitality working the front desk because they are the face of the hotel and that first impression sets the tone for a stay.
