room was very clean and updated
-
Everything was perfect.

My room was dirty the shower had hair in it and dirty, the sink had an open bar of soap sitting next to the unopened bar, the sink had stains on it. The phone didnt work, the tv didnt work, someone came to fix the tv but said the phone would come on it was out because of the storm but it never came back on. I called down for towels + rags because housekeeping left the dirty ones and never put clean ones a hour later l called down again+was told that l could come get it myself which l did. I had to go down twice to get new keys because the keys l had kept deactivating. The housekeeping staff on Wed morning 6/17 on the 2nd floor were very unprofessional, lazy,+ didnt do their job. My stay was not a good one

The front staff was friendly, pool and workout room were open and clean. The room smelled very musty, there were a few hairs in the tub from previous guest. The beds were very comfy and A/C very cold. TV had welcome message on it with my name which was a nice touch. Breakfast was decent but some items cold and eggs not so fresh. Waffles were good, coffee not filled and weak.

We really enjoyed our stay. Hot breakfast,Clean room, friendly staff!!!

Breakfast was awesome. All fresh and actually good for a complimentary breakfast…nothing pre-packaged, clean dining area & super friendly staff. Also, lots of parking! Very convenient location too! Few blocks to the beach & 5 minutes to the Mayo Clinic. We’ve stayed here many times before…and it remains our go to choice! Perhaps a cocktail at the pool would be nice…

There was no cold water in the sink nor the shower, this should be corrected asap. Phone and side tables needed a cleaning. Staff was very helpful and nice.

This hotel seemed nice from the pictures online and even at first glance when stepping into the lobby and our room. After a full inspection minutes after walking into our room, I checked out the bathroom area (specially where the toilet and walk-in shower was) and it was not pleasant at all. The shower looked as if it needed to be completely redid and the outside had rust around it. The ceiling in the room has wads of hair and plastic on it and the room and entire floor we were on felt damp. For the few moments we stayed in the room, the bed was not something I’d want to sleep on for 3+ nights. The young lady at the front desk was very nice about the situation but I didn’t not feel comfortable sleeping there so I left.

The staff were excellent, especially the desk clerk name Catelynn.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was quiet, clean, and conveniently located. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The only issue I experienced was with a few of the media apps, but it was nothing major overall.
-

Went for coffee the next morning and came back to our door not letting us in, went and reactivated the card-rude customer service from the female working making comments about how check out was “now” mind you, it was 8am, check out is noon. Went back to the room, the door still didn’t open, went back down and the female said “I’m not sure there is anything I can do” which is obviously unacceptable, our stuff was inside the room? Got the maintenance man after we didn’t accept that answer… the batteries were dead in the card reader… scheduled maintenance would’ve avoided all of this. We won’t be back. Poor maintenance management and poor customer service.
