Unfortunately, room was very dirty. Bedside table had thick dust and many dink marks, mattress was covered in dirt and crumbs with no protective cover and had only one thin sheet, floors were very dirty obviously not vacuumed or washed, large build up of dirt and crumbs in all corners, bathroom full of mold, walls all with large paint chips, overall smell of mold and bed linens were washed with heavily scented products that caused and allergic reaction. This is also a dog friendly hotel, love dogs; but the reality is that there were dogs barking all night. There was a kitchette, but no amenities for it, No coffee, no hairdryer. TV was broken and google casting was broken, they have no maintenance available until second day of stay. No staff on site from 9pm-9am. I think the rate should be more around $50-60 at most.

The “suite” was sparse but we did not expect more. Starting at about 10 PM and continuing all night, there was banging, yelling, and the sounds of furniture being moved directly above our room. Needless to say, we didn’t get any sleep that night. There was no staff present after 5 PM. We did not call the number the staff gave us when we checked in because we were afraid the troublemakers would retaliate against us. We left as soon as the sun came up. There was no staff on hand to check us out.

Awesome spot cheap and clean

Staff awesome, cleanliness great Low water pressure, so flushing poop was a task. Toilet kept stopping up No spoon, fork ...plate, but I did get a small pot.

Shonda was great. The first room sheets covered in hair. The new room they moved me too was very worn. I stayed for a week, also it had roaches. $200 security deposit that they are trying to charge me twice for. Air conditioning is terrible with the ecosystem, motion detection bs they have. If you hot natured stay away.

The stay was great! But they should definitely work on certain things like laundry use they make it to where you can only load 5 dollars at a time so either way they are getting extra money

Bathroom was not clean the bathtub had hairs. Floor was not clean with lot of dirt. Room keys not provided after checkin. Room key not working once provided. Overall a very bad experience with this stay. 👎👎👎

Quick stay

From the moment we arrived, customer service was disappointing. The front desk was frequently closed, and when staff were available, they were rude and seemed bothered by basic guest requests. After using the same towels for four days, I requested fresh towels and was told I had to bring the dirty ones downstairs and wait for them to be washed and dried before I could receive replacements. When I explained that we had already been using them for several days, the front desk employee responded that I “shouldn’t have them dirty if I wanted to use them.” That level of service is completely unacceptable. Cleanliness was another major issue. The room had a strong odor, including the smell of marijuana throughout the property. We saw roaches in both the room and the hallways. The sheets did not smell or feel clean, making it difficult to feel comfortable during our stay. The lack of attention to detail, poor housekeeping standards, and unprofessional staff made what should have been a family trip extremely unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, or welcoming place to stay. “I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, and this was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had.” In one word : TERRIBLE

It’s an inconvenient location The floors were sticky when I walked in. The room I booked was supposed to have two queen beds a fully furnished kitchenette with pots pans silverware dishwasher is not what I got. I received a room with one queen bed a kitchen that has nothing no pots no pans no silverware no dishwasher. I have not had room service all week and I asked how often they clean the rooms they said once every 14 days.

It was ok. I booked on a whim, not knowing what to expect. It was ok but I like to do my extra cleaning as well. Floors were a bit dirty and it had a scent when you walked in past the main hall way also elevator had a scent as well. Probably won't be staying here again unless there are no other places available to be honest.
