Clean room, close to the beach, nice pool and hot tub.

Outstanding staff !!!! From start to finish

Had a decent amount of sand in the bed in the first room. Staff quickly gave us another room. Unfortunately later that night this bed also had a little sand. Staff was helpful and the rest of visit was fine.

It was clean. Staff was very helper.

1. Food choices were the same for lunch and dinner which became boring after a few days. 2. The pool was closed for one full day due to emergency repairs needed to patch the cement around the hot tub. When I expressed my disappointment over no access to the pool I was told I would be comped $50 through Expedia which is the third party where I booked the hotel. I was also offered a credit for parking fees (which I wasn't even aware that I was being charged). I accepted the offer but upon reviewing my email receipt I found that I was not credited as promised.

I show up and the room given to me was a room on the first floor with a balcony facing closed shops and flipped tables. When I complained to the receptionist, the explanation I got was that “we checked-in late…”. There are no mentions of what is considered “late check-in” while booking. For all I know I could’ve showed up at 4:05 PM and they would’ve told me my room is no longer available because I “checked-in late”. As far as I know when you reserve something it is yours until the time is up. The room was paid for in full through Expedia. The check in time frame is from 4 PM to 5:30 AM. I am well within the check-in window. To give away the room that I paid for? That is unprofessional. It is unacceptable to have customers choose a room and pay for it and end up down grading the customer without any compensation or reasonable explanation. My experience was very unpleasant and the treatment was unprofessional. Book at your own risk.

Very disappointed that the pool was closed for an entire day. We were not notified ahead of time of the pool closing and not notified before we checked in. Then the next day we tried to get in the pool at 8am which was the time posted on the website only to be told that the pool didn’t open until 9am.

Room cleaning and towel replacement every two days unless you request it. Beach good, food good

The pool was full of dead bugs all week. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. Our room was cleaned every other day so had to get items from front desk often. Our room was pool side on the third floor and was very noisy at night until 11pm when pool closed.

My only complaint was that my hotel room was hot and not comfortable. The thermastat read 76 most of the time and it felt like it. I and my friend woke up at night sweating and uncomfortable. I called the front desk and she told me I could adjust on the unit itself. That didn't work. I've never been hot in a hotel so was a bit surprised about that. Over all a wonderful experience!

Room was good.. Pool was poorly maintained. Marajuana smoke made it unpleasant to sit on our balcony. We will spend extra to stay in a more private and controlled place next time..

Ease checking in early. Help enrolling in rewards program. Extra towels..

It's hard to think of anything negative to say about my stay at the Courtyard by Marriott. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. If not for the cost, I would have gladly extended my stay. Parking is somewhat limited on-site, but additional parking is conveniently available across the street at the neighboring hotel.

The view from the balcony was amazing!

Very nice; we had an ocean view room and it was really beautiful. My only objection was that someone kept dogs in their room and the dogs barked often . The only other objection was some guest smoking either tobacco or other products on their balcony and we actually had to close the door a couple times. Tough to blame the hotel for that. But it was annoying. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice.

Immaculate facility. The bar tender was so friendly and made you feel right at home. The beds were comfortable as were the pillows. We had king oceanfront room with balcony and the view was fantastic. We ordered their chicken Caesar salad and it was delicious. Their breakfast is very health conscious, turkey sausage, wasn’t bad, free range eggs, I loved the spinach and egg quiche it was fantastic. They also offer Starbucks flavored coffee as well as a large selection of drinks, snacks. Hotel is quiet and we were able to get a restful sleep . Parking was easy . Would recommend .
