Clean room. Friendly staffs. Amazing beach view. Good breakfast.

Great Location, Great View. Too expensive for the "Suite" which was just a normal room with an ocean view.

Room was clean and staff was respectful and responsive to all requests.

This is my fav place to stay in Jax Beach, very convenient, clean, nice gym, etc.

This was by far the best place I’ve stayed in a while. The hotel was right on the beach & walking distance to shops & restaurants. The room was big & spacious. We loved the pool area! It was quiet, clean & relaxing. We will definitely stay again

Simple things like a broken light and locks in the room. Stained couch and chairs. Great location to walk to restaurants and beach.

The hotel and people who worked there were nice. However, trying to fall asleep was a nightmare. If your hotel room is next to the public parking and the bars. Then I suggest you ask them to switch your room. The noise was unbearable and it was just extremely loud. I heard people laughing, screaming, crying, loud noise until about 3 in the morning, every single day.

I was very disappointed that the “heated” pool was cold. Other than that, the stay was acceptable

Hotel was nice & very convenient to the beach, staff was also nice. Loved the pool area. I didn’t like the fact there was an issue with the locks on the balcony door. Once the door was open it would not close or lock back even with maintenance coming in the middle of the night & had trouble also. We needed up sleeping with the door barely closed & unlocked. Also the parking, I don’t think you should have to pay for parking when you’re staying there unless valet.
