Red Roof Inn Dallas - DFW Airport North

The staff was great, if only the sane could be said about the rest. I saw roaches in the bathroom. The bedsheets were stained. The space was very confined. A smoke alarm that was chirping every 30 seconds, the staff replaced the battery cane back a few hours later and the smoke alarm was going off. I spent $185 for two nights definitely not worth it and never again

Staff is very nice. Rooms are ok, but smelled like smoke. Parking was cool, and shuttle was great.

The gentleman at reception was great and attentive. The facilities another story. Is a very rundown hotel. That's the only thing I will say.

The room was a good size, the bathtub was stained while the towels were ripped. The outside looks like it is falling apart.

Close to the airport and able to be booked last minute due to flight rerouting/cancellations. There was a cockroach in my room… need I say more.

I had transfer to the airport to and from the airport. The room smelled of dampness and cigarettes. The elevator was dirty. The area where they sent me, claiming they were the 'new' rooms, was dark. The room's air conditioner was extremely noisy. There was a smell of marijuana throughout the ENTIRE hotel. I do not recommend this place for women traveling alone or for families.

I had to stay for my 5 hours layover in Dallas, traveling with 2 kids and the room smells like pee and smoke, absolutely disgusting.

Habitation con olor a marihuana. Olor a cigarros. Un asco. No pude dormir pues andaba con mis dos ninos. Tuve que irme a otro hotel. Nunca volvería aquí. Y no lo recomiendo.

What I didn’t like about the property is when they put a guest in a room when it rain they know water comes in thru the door and leaking reastroom leaking water and was trying to keep me in there but I told them I didn’t feel comfortable so they ended up moving me

The clerk at the front desk was very helpful. The room was clean although old. Shuttle service from the airport was great.
