Air conditioner noise is very loud and not working well.
-
Great place to stay. Clean convenient to the airport.

Buena experiencia

If the shuttle is better, I had to take my own transportation it was significantly delayed otherwise morning staff were good the hotel is well maintained and breakfast choices are amazing

We had a very good stay. The air-conditioning worked very well, the room was clean, and despite being very close to the airport, we did not hear airplanes overhead at night. My only disappointment is being charged for parking. I understand this in a downtown hotel, where parking is a premium but in a place like this where parking is plentiful, it doesn’t make sense to charge a guest to park.

We were by the exit door so sometimes smelled like tobacco. We had complimentary breakfast but the lady in charge didnt let us in without a ticket or make us pay, but we were confirmed by front desk that we didn’t need a ticket and it was all good to go.

Hotel need to invest in remodeling bathroom , lighting and pillows
-
Overall, the hotel was good. Hallway carpet smelled slightly musty and the air conditioning in the room didn’t adequately keep the room cool. Staff was friendly.
-
Sophia was extremely unprofessional, unhelpful and had me sitting and switching terminals for 3 hours waiting for a shuttle! The shower didn’t work in my room until I had to use all of the strength in my body to lift the lever because I was too exhausted to wheel my luggage back down the hallway to the elevator to request a new room! I’ll never patronize the double tree again it looked like a motel with a paint job.

It says free breakfast and they charge my credit card anyway.

The front desk ladies were nice, but the AC wasn't working properly and I wasn't notified until I got there, left with no other option to rebook somewhere else ahead of time. I'm 6 months pregnant & was put in a humid wet room with the AC barely working. They gave us a fan to make it cooler but it didn't help and I slept for 2 hours on wet sheets and blankets. Ended up leaving early and just sleeping at the airport.

The property was under construction and a bad odor in the room
-
El aire nunca funcionó no bajaba de 76 grados incluso en la noche

Biggest compliment was that my shower water turned brown when I was taking a shower. I took concern to front desk as they also were in disbelief of the video I showed them. Offered to send a tech to the room and address the concern but being to young lady’s someone coming to your room at 9pm didn’t feel right. In that same check they assured to call for a late check out in the morning they said “if we could accommodate it we will” I called this morning they said if I wasn’t a Hilton card they wouldn’t do a late check out even though they could. Overall not the worst place but I definitely wouldn’t choose to go again.

AC stopped working at midnight, and I woke up to a room temperature of 78°F, even though I had set it to 65°F.
-
The hotel needs maintenance, it looks old, the room has a smell (very humidity) the a/c vents have dust Great staff
-
Only giving 3 stars due to the power being shut off at 4am for maintenance. I get this has to be done, but having to leave before that time to not be inconvenienced, was a unpleasant.

Exceptional
-
We wasn’t at room much but the time in room was good. Rooms seem a little compared the place we stay the night before. Bed needs to be softer but overall good place
-
Honestly, considering what they charge, I thought it would be worth staying, but I don't recommend it.
