The Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport

Everything for our short stay was great. My only suggestion is management addressing what felt like a shortage with the shuttle services. Staff handled it well and were polite but overwhelmed and we luckily caught a shuttle an hour after our flight and not being able to reach the shuttle service line. We would have had to wait at least another hour if not or get a care service. The driver was super nice and friendly and again were the staff, it was a breeze to check in and out the next morning to catch our flight.

Dated, plumping issues with the room, noisy. Paid parking, avoid unless you must stay close to airport. There are much value options elsewhere.

When I arrived, the room was not clean. The sheets were dirty raggedy, and had a hole in it. The sheet that goes over, the mattress was not the pocket sheet. It was just a throne sheet on it that was raggedy. I had to call to have room service come change all of the sheets. The bathroom was not cleaned on the walls even with the soap holder in the shower was not clean. The cleanliness could be better it was not to standard.

If it weren’t for the midshift lead Gabby I would give this place a lower rating. The day shift on 6/21 was extremely unpleasant, inattentive and lacked courtesy. The poor area was dirty with Candy wrappers in the pool.

Great experience !

We arrived around 1 a.m. after a long day of flight delays, wanting nothing more than to get to our rooms. My colleague had booked two rooms through Hotels.com, but the front desk agent, Faz, could not locate the reservation in the system. After searching repeatedly and asking us to wait several minutes, he found only one of the two rooms. He then tried to check us in manually. My colleague's three credit cards were all declined, and so were three of mine — six cards in total. It was obvious the problem was the hotel's payment system, not our cards. To prove it, I booked two rooms on Expedia from a separate account, and they appeared and processed immediately, using the very same card that had just "declined." Rather than acknowledge the clear system issue, Faz was dismissive and rude, implying our cards were at fault. We finally reached our rooms only to leave again at 5 a.m. for a 7 a.m. flight. A long day was made far longer by how we were treated. I won't be returning to a Westin property.

I took over 1 hour to be picked up from Terminal D… no timely shuttle service running. Never staying here again!

Average, old hotel in beed of refurbishing. Not up to Westin standards.

Breakfast was AMAZING! The staff was a delight! Chicken strip lunch was over-cooked and very thin.

Coffee maker in the room wa broken. Coffee shop on Lobby was closed. Other than that, hotel was very nice, and the venue they provided for the VCF was excellent. It was difficult to navigate their parking system app that promised fre parking for guests, but never asked if you were a guest or just a visitor. Will have to wait until next credit card statement arrives toser. Staff at front desk had no clue regarding the third party app or determining if fees were actually waved or not.
