The room was so dirty! We killed a cockroach and a spider. The “clean soap” was filthy with something brown on it. The room smelled funny “like a chemical “ and the mini fridge did not work/ For the 300 dollars I paid I would have expected a clean room at least. Seriously, if I could go back in time I would pay the extra money to stay somewhere clean.

It’s was a good place to stay

Customer service is super slow, almost an hour waiting to check in. And then the security guard guy not helpful at all.

The staff is so rude

Room was run down, beds were to closed together. Keeped bumping our legs. Lack of room cleaning. No shampoo, conditioner,...

Maria was very helpful, but it took us a long time to check in because there were about 13 people waiting and only one person helping with check-in. That was very frustrating. I didn't like the idea of having to pay for parking i think they already charge too much.

This hotel is very basic budget accommodation, barely rated a 3 star. The rooms are showing age, and definitely in need of updating. The reception area is very small with 'zig zag' line up aisles (like airlines), and they definitely need more staff on reception desk to assist at peak check-in time. I was fortunate to check-in within 15 minutes, but others behind me could have waited a very much longer time. The Shuttle bus to-from the airport only runs once hourly, so if you miss it, you have to wait. another hour, whilst all other major hotels have numerous buses running past regularly. Plus most other hotels offer a FREE shuttle bus service, whilst No 6 motel charges $10US each way. Their NO food or beverage rule in the reception or pool area, is also very restrictive, compared to almost all other hotels I had stayed at, that allow you to have some food or drink. Plus they charge a $5 luggage storage fee per bag/per day, most other hotels offer this as a free service also. They appear to just want to get your money, and appear not interested once you have booked & paid.

The person who cleaned my room was superior.

The room was clean and staff was great and patient. He was also informative with food spots around the area.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. There is no daily housekeeping, rooms are only cleaned once every five days, which is unacceptable. Even when we requested fresh towels, they refused to provide them and you have to go to front desk. The room amenities were extremely limited. There was no shampoo or conditioner, only a tiny bar of soap, and no hair dryer. The room itself was also very noisy because it was right beside the highway, with almost no sound insulation, making it difficult to sleep. The airport shuttle service was another major disappointment. We had to wait for hours at the airport, and on top of that, they charged each passenger for the shuttle. They even charged us to store our luggage, which felt unreasonable considering we were hotel guests. What made the experience even worse was the staff. They were rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Whenever I asked a question, they seemed more interested in playing on their phones than assisting guests. Overall, this hotel provides poor service, lacks basic amenities, and has terrible customer service. I would definitely not stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone.
