Quality Inn & Suites Los Angeles Airport - Stadium District

Staff were impeccable and the hotel is 100x better than it seems on the photos.

The room was very clean. Hotel has been updated, but not completely renovated, so it is a really nice stay with clean rooms, clean bathrooms, microwave, fridge, nice TV, but not all things like the countertops and bathtubs are new, but it has new flooring. The bed, linens, towels and pillows are soft and of quality. Toiletries provided are nice quality. Air conditioner worked very well and was quiet. The unexpected bonus was how quiet this location and our room was, even this close to the airport we really didn't hear the planes in our room or overnight. This was an excellent location and a great value for the price. The breakfast was tasty with good variety, and the convenience to SoFi Stadium and LAX can't be beat - private, secured parking in this part of Los Angeles was a total bonus for this property. Staff was wonderful and our stay was excellent for our one night event and flight out early the next day. Would stay again - no complaints at all.

Breakfast could have been better. They only had plastic forks and knives and paper plates.

I needed to stay a little longer so paid for extra 50$ for late checkout till 2 pm (which i felt was a little expensive) Basically you get what you paid for. If you can pay a little more for a better place near the airport.

Close to LAX and close to the 405 freeway.

All of this stuff was good

The Room was clean and comfortable; however, the bathroom needs an update, especially the bathtub faucet, which should be replaced or repaired. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was excellent, with many food options to choose from. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

Not much. Staff was ok. Everything else was waay overpriced Blood stains in cover sheet. Air conditioning was too loud.

Found a cockroach in our room not sure where it came from but was dead near the bed. We asked to have our room cleaned twice out of the 5 days for our stay. Didn’t seem like the sheets were changed at all.

Easy check in. Good shower pressure. Not far from airport. Place is under construction/ renovation. The rooms are being worked on and hallway is busy. They did not think this out well.

Disappointed with my recent 2-night stay. Housekeeping never came — beds weren't made and garbage wasn't emptied the entire stay. When I brought it up, I was told guests have to request cleaning, which I've never experienced at any hotel before. The front desk associate also handled my concern in a passive-aggressive way, which made things worse. I've stayed at Quality Inn before without issues, but this stay didn't meet the standard I expected. Hoping management addresses this.
