Staff was professional and helpful

Check in and out was fast. Room was fine.

Check-in was easy and efficient. The room's air conditioning unit stopped working at around 11pm and was blowing out nothing but hot air. A hotel agent came and took a quick look at it and couldn't fix it (engineering was off the clock). He switched rooms for us across the hall and comped us a breakfast (nice gesture but we had already had it built into our room price). It was pretty inconvenient having to pack everything back into our suitcases once again. Breakfast was good and everything was hot and fresh. The bacon was the star of the show here. It was cooked perfectly. Check-out was fine and we were on our way. This is a budget level hotel, so don't expect over-the-top amenities etc. It is also very dated and old and needs a refresh soon. Recommended for the overnight layover to just lay your head down. But not for a multi-day stay.

The room has a mildewy/musty odor but it was very clean and staff was very helpful.
-
Close to rental car return and shuttle that runs back and forth every 30 mins to the hotel !

Hotel is older and needs an upgrade but it’s also less expensive than nearby hotels like the Westin or Hilton. The location is convenient to the airport but Inglewood is ugly and there are few options for food or entertainment nearby unless McDonalds is your thing. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall I think the price was worth the trade offs.

Extra 40+ $ for parking..hmm

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. It is conveniently situated with easy access to Santa Monica, downtown Los Angeles, Venice Beach, and Malibu, making it a great base for exploring the area. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and with a few improvements to guest communication, the experience could be even better.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel; nothing to complain about. The whole staff was very helpful and pleasant. Thank you for everything!

As a younger traveler visiting Los Angeles for business, I understand that I’m still learning some aspects of hotel travel. I was respectful throughout every interaction, but I consistently felt that my questions and concerns were not taken seriously. Several interactions left me feeling that staff did not extend the same level of professionalism they would to a more experienced traveler. When I asked how parking payment worked, I received different answers from multiple staff members and never got a clear explanation. The bathroom door in my room was also broken. The handle barely worked, making the door difficult to close and impossible to lock. I reported the issue twice and was told it would be looked into, but nothing was done during my stay. A bathroom door that cannot lock is a privacy concern and should have been addressed immediately. The restaurant experience was equally disappointing. I ordered a water and asked for it twice, but it never arrived. Aside from taking my order, delivering the food, and bringing the check, my server never checked on the table. Overall, I felt that guest concerns were not taken seriously. Between the inconsistent communication, unresolved maintenance issue, and poor restaurant service, this was not the level of hospitality I expected. This was my first stay with Holiday Inn and will likely be my last

The hotel was incredibly clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Checking in and out was a breeze—super quick and hassle-free. Would definitely stay here again!
-
Had two disabled individuals in a room with a caregiver. Only way to accommodate four of us was to have a non handicap access room which made bathroom use a challenge
-
The shuttle to the airport was amazing. You could use the app to track it and plan accordingly. No stress of where the shuttle was and if you would get to your flight on time.
-
Staffs were very professional.

The hotel was clean and tidy. The breakfast bar had a good selection of food and was continuously reloaded. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall very nice stay.
-
Upon arrival, I was informed of a $45 parking fee plus tax, which was unexpected and disappointing. Additionally, the bathtub floor was uncomfortable, and I experienced an issue with my room key card not working. After returning from the World Cup, I had to go back to the lobby to resolve the issue, which was inconvenient as I was extremely tired. That said, the staff was very helpful and displayed excellent customer service, which I truly appreciated. However, overall, I found the hotel to be quite expensive. I typically stay in downtown Los Angeles at a much more reasonable rate with better overall value.

Location is great if you are going to or arriving from the LAX airport. There was a shuttle that left from the hotel as well as one at the car rental place. All so easy. Room was very comfortable. We were on the 7th floor which had quite a nice view of the city. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you
