I like that the property had a bar in the lobby, very clean hotel. The room rooms are very clean. The only thing I wasn’t aware of that there was no free parking. It was $50 a day for parking.

Clean comfortable room, quick and easy check in/out, pleasant lobby bar and restaurant.

Also, it's close to the train station. There was a hiccup when I parked the rental car in the garage to check in. The credit card scanner was broken and couldn't read my credit card to pay to get out. Instead I needed to scan a QR code into my phone but after 3 hours of driving my phone died. I had to back out of the way to let others get out then park in a tow away zone to go to the front desk. Front desk people were great. Apologized and gave me a free parking pass. But still what a hassle!

Good hotel in a continent location. Used the shuttle service from airport but had to wait about 30 minutes for it.

Staff did not provide good customer service. We were pawned off to other employees several times. When we had an issue, they were not helpful and did not offer any suggestions to help. They did not care. When the issue was resolved and it was confirmed that we had already paid for the hotel stay, they did not apologize for not assisting us. It took at least 40 minutes to check in.

I loved the location of this hotel. Close to the airport and very convenient one bus trip to SoFi stadium. The room was serene and immaculate and nicely decorated and the air conditioning was arctic, just the way I like it. My only disappointments were that my room was not cleaned during my stay (cleaning less important but fresh towels and face cloth would have been nice and emptying the garbage), the bath tub drained very very slowly, and there is no complimentary breakfast (even continental). This hotel also doesn’t have a pool which is really nice on hot days. I took the free shuttle to the hotel. It would have been nice to have the shuttle schedule provided (and location of pickup at airport) because I could not call or text because I was using an eSIM with data. I liked that I was able to store my luggage on the day that I flew out and the best part of my stay was absolutely the staff. They are very helpful and professional and I felt welcome. I would stay here again.

The room was spacious enough, clean and had everything for a our stay. Staff was helpful, however just a little note, before our arrival no one contacted us or sent us instructions on where to find the airport shuttle, so we ended taking the wrong one and had to walk to the hotel...In the future it would be a good thing to do, just a short message explaining how to get to hotel..everything else was good

General Manager, Don Stenz was so helpful & personally helped me printing a few important documents. The front desk staff was friendly, professional & helpful as well. My only complaint was my rude shuttle driver when I first arrived & the equally unprofessional parking lot attendant who yelled at my Lyft driver inappropriately.

FIFA was on and hotel bar didn’t open until 5PM. When big events are on, they should accommodate.

Staff was incredibly friendly during check in and check out even while dealing with a heavy workload from World Cup fans. Very impressed.

I asked about parking because I needed to leave my car there for a longer period after check-out, but I was not given clear instructions. The air conditioning was extremely cold and could not be properly adjusted. The hotel also charges for internet service, even though its description states that Wi-Fi is free. The only positive thing was that it is relatively close to the stadium I was visiting. Overall, it left a lot to be desired for a Hilton hotel.
