Embassy Suites by Hilton Indianapolis North

No complaints. Staff was helpful, place was clean and looked nice, breakfast was very good with lots of choices.

Slowest elevators I have ever experienced. The hotel is dated. Breakfast and location were great. Pool makes swimmers itchy from the excessive chemicals.

The receptionist was extremely rude and not welcoming at all. The room I was given was full of dust like it hadn’t been cleaned in days.

Bathroom was extremely small, and it was chilly in the room but they wouldn’t change the air to heat (they have their a/c and heat as separate systems?). Food was good.

An uncomfortable mess is being polite. Find somewhere else to stay. This is not the embassy suites experience you should expect. Disappointed F - rating.

Nice area nice breakfast polite staff The pool floor is so slippery. Not the appropriate tile for a pool area please remodel and put the correct tile in that area so many kids we were slipping hitting their heads and they weren’t even running can definitely cause a concussion.

One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast, which had a great variety of options and was well stocked. We also really enjoyed the free evening drinks, which added a lot of value to our stay. The facility itself is in excellent condition and you can tell they take pride in maintaining the property. The only minor downside was that the elevators were a bit slow and could use an upgrade, especially during busy times. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose Embassy Suites again when visiting Indianapolis. Highly recommended!

Stay was excellent. The only negative was the elevators took forever and then one was broken during our stay.

Mattress was horrible. room was ok, breakfast starts too late on the weekend for travelers.

So our bedsheets had a stain on them. There was a hair tie in the bathroom with hair all over it. Our first night of staying I woke up with bumps all over my arms the area in which it’s in is very ghetto. In fact, someone said that there is crack at the gas station close by we had kids banging on our door to our hotel. You could hear everything going on outside the hallways. People yelling and screaming the table was not clean thank God I brought cleaning products with me. Absolutely horrible experience. The people were not polite at all. I would not recommend this hotel at all and we’ve stayed at a lot of hotels.

The toilet plugged a few times – they could not get us a plunger – we had to wait quite a while for maintenance to come – the toilet plugged again immediately after maintenance left– pretty annoying…

Took to long to check in rooms were not available at check in time I had to get a different room because the wait time was long long for the double queen and I still had to wait until almost 8.

The hotel was quiet peaceful,, clean,,,, parking spaces,,, drinks, food was good and tasty,, I will stay again

The room was large. The air was not turned on and the bathroom had hair in it. Trash cans were not emptied in the common areas.

the staff that we did speak to were very nice and helpful our room wasn’t very clean. when we walked in my kids found ball put balls everywhere and nerd dart guns. It just seemed like they came in put new bedding on and left. The sheets for the pull out bed were dirty as well. The towel hook in the bathroom was one turn away from coming out of the wall and anytime you hit it drywall or plaster would fall out. just didn’t seem worth the money we paid
