The room itself was clean.

Room was filthy. Shower looked like it has not been cleaned in months. Black mold in sink. Security door from the outside to inside did not work so anyone could get in. Will never stay there again.
-
Breakfast was included but they were out of almost everything. Very disappointed. Bathroom in room is so small door barely closed. Won’t stay here again.

Horrible stay, never again , mold in room , sheets dirty,

It’s a hotel to make a base from. I wouldn’t plan any time there. Beds were ok. Floors had stains. Place was out dated

The bathroom was filthy! There was a large hairball on the wall of the tub. You should bring shower shoes if you have to shower here. The doors don’t close properly either and is very loud. The property smells very musty. Not worth $150 a night.

We had 4 people staying in 1 room, we had to ask for extra towels, we had to call for toilet paper. The bathtub was peeling paint because it definitely needs upgrades but for the price it wasn't aweful.

We checked into this hotel just to sleep for a couple of hours on a trip home. The hotel was not very clean, the beds were very hard to sleep on. There is no elevator to get to the 2nd floor so everything needed to be carried to the 2nd floor. There is no bathroom to use on the 1st floor while having breakfast. There was peeling paint in the room that were were in. It was fine for what we needed it for but would not recommend for a longer stay

Breakfast was really poor. Bread and muffins. No meat or fruit. Not the cleanest, needs paint.

I would definitely stay there again. Best price for the area, pool worked, and the coffee was ready to go in the morning 😊

Staff is very welcoming and friendly.

Second time staying here & the pool was closed again for maintenance. It’s Summertime & that’s the only amenity they really offer, but it’s never open. Cleanliness of room, updated furniture & linens would be a big plus; but they are not spending money on updates. Rusted mini-fridge, cheap bedding, no elevator (yep, second floor stay); nothing special about this place.

Disappointing
-
Good location for hospital on 86th street

This place is terrible. Very very dirty. Most things are broke. The front desk has a big glass window with a speaker box like your at a nasty untrustworthy gas station. Pool claims to be broke. They’ll take a $100 deposit they never disclose up front and it’s very hard to get back. I would NEVER go here. Stay away

Bad service. I was talking to an employee and he got a phone call and just cut me off and answered the phone in front of me. The room was a mess, I had to replace the toilet paper when we first got there, there was a stain on the pillow, the room phone was just sitting on the floor in the corner, there was no bag in the trash can. Pretty much everything was messy/dirty. Housekeeping didn’t make our bed one day, which I feel is the bare minimum. She also knocked SUPER quietly at 9am one morning. I feel like most people are waking up around that time when they’re staying at a hotel (on the weekend). If we had still been asleep, I wouldn’t have heard her knock. Would she have just come in?? We also didn’t feel super safe considering there was nothing stopping anyone from coming in the building in the middle of the night. The side door said it was locked and needed a room key to open but it was not locked at all. To top it all off, the “complimentary breakfast” is underwhelming, just some bread and muffins and yogurt. And it ends at 9am on weekends. It should AT LEAST go until 10am. It’s a weekend for Christ sake. And I got down there at 9:05 and the guy basically told me to get out and that was when he got the phone call. Overall a terrible experience and not worth even the $150/night I spent.
