If you are only looking for a place to sleep and shower, this one is for you. The breakfast wasn't too appealing, so plan accordingly.

This old hotel needs updating! When we got into our room, there was a wet spot on the floor in front of the bathroom. It was coming from a vent in the ceiling, not sure if it was front the air conditioner or from the rain. There was an old stained ceiling section around it and the floor also showed signs of previous wetness. It looks like they had done some painting recently as there was still painters tape around the bathroom doorknob. My boyfriend said the continental breakfast wasn’t worth it either. My bath towel also was stained.

This property is immaculately clean. And the staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not up to expectations and the property needs to be remodeled. However, the overall cleanliness and friendliness of the staff makes this an easy hotel to recommend. As budget hotels go- this one is a winner.

Everything was clean. Our only issue was that there was a loud rattling on the upper filter grate. Didn't sleep well because of that. It was fine for one night.

Check in was quick and easy. Hotel smelled amazing and was very clean. Room was large and spacious with 2 separate sleeping areas with televisions, a bathroom and mini kitchen area in between. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was good. And price for room was very reasonable!

Nice clean room but shower would not work. Air conditioning makes a loud bang when it comes on and shuts off. A bit overpriced.

For a relatively affordable hotel, the Baymont is clean, spacious and well served. You don't get the bells and whistles, the staff in professional attire, or the widest choice at their included breakfast, but what you get for what you pay is solid.
