Best Western Plus Indianapolis North at Pyramids

HVAC system wasn’t working, thank God the AC was working in the room!

Good value for the money. Best breakfast we have ever had at a motel.

Staff was very friendly! Super clean as well

This facility has the look of being recently renovated. Our room was spacious, but the bathroom was cramped. Breakfast options were good. The in-room pod-coffee maker was broken, but there was decent coffee at the breakfast.

I am very picky and since I had never stayed at a Best Western I was nervous but it turned out to be a good experience. The rooms were clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. I will stay again!

I was delighted to discover that this location did in fact have an EV charger. There was some confusion with the other Best Western Plus in the area which evidently has a couple, but no one online had been able to verify anything about the Pyramids location. It was nice to be able to settle down for the night and not have to venture out to a fast charger.

Friendly staff. Clean environment. Breakfast was decent. 20min drive to downtown. Very hot in the lobby/halls. Bathroom door was broken. Pool water looked dirty(cloudy).

Overall okay stay. But, the bathroom was super tiny and our toilet rocked and leaked. Microwave was super tiny...had the Popcorn button, but bag of popcorn would not fit. Breakfast was okay.

Free breakfast was great. Close to restaurants. About 25 minutes from Grand Park. Staff were super nice!

The property was nice and clean, well maintained. Check in staff was friendly. My room was clean, the temperature control worked well and was not noisy, the refrigerator worked, the bed was comfortable, and the shower worked well and didn’t leak all over the floor. The complimentary breakfast was well rounded and there were two waffle makers. I did not eat breakfast but I believe I would have enjoyed it if I had. I’d stay here again!

The hotel was easy to find, staff was kind, and their included breakfast was great, eggs, waffles, fruit, coffee, juice, tater tots, biscuits and gravy, plus two meat choices daily. Rooms were large and clean.

It was clean the breakfast was good and location was great.

At check-in, the gentleman said I see you have a request for a first level room floor but there’s none available. I’m sorry. But he put me on the top floor and the room was in a back corner where we couldn’t even get the luggage cart down we had to take our suitcases off the luggage cart and carry them down to our room. The place stunk so bad of a high perfume me strong scent very toxic spelling you couldn’t get any fresh air. The air conditioner did work well so that kind of help with the air movement. I will say the most positive thing about our stay was the breakfast. It was surprisingly delicious. Everything was cooked well and tasty. But I will not stay here again.

Property and room was super clean. Breakfast wasn't too bad. The night clerk was friendly and excited, and that was a nice change from typical night time hotel check ins. The bad parts is the TV channels above 9 or ten were all choppy, like old DirectTV when the clouds rolled in. They were completely unwatchable. The TV did had casting from a device. That worked the first night, but never again after that. The wife forgot things in the car and had to go back out twice. She was approached by two different sketchy dudes walking up from the wooded area around the back. She survived.

Our stay here was for a quick weekend work trip. Our room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly because there were dozens of ants crawling around. We notified staff and we were moved to another room. Breakfast was ok. Our girls enjoyed having the gym to themselves most of the day. Parking was free. WiFi was good. Overall stay 3/5 due mostly to ants being in the room.
