They took my money and then when I came They said they didn’t have no rooms. The third shift staff was rude and not helpful

Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in. The price was amazing.

The front desk lady was nice. They helped me out after Booking.com messed up. It was a little dirty and outdated. The tub needed to be resealed. Marijuana smell in the hotel. There was a flag hanging in the lobby that made me feel uncomfortable.

Hallways smelled like weed the entire time, tv was hard to operate - old, instant plain oatmeal and muffins and coffee was all that was available for breakfast…. Bathtub had cracked paint - had to put a towel down in the bottom of tub. Part of the hallway floor felt as if there was water damage and structural damage when walked on. I would not ever stay here again. We did not feel safe at all. Staff was nice - and about the only redeeming part of our stay.

Make sure breakfast items are ready for customers that come down between breakfast times but breakfast is low in supply.

was supposed to get a king bed, only I got two twins that were way too small. We’re supposed to get a handicap accessible room, did not one. Strange smells throughout property. No dishes or silverware in kitchenette, therefore was useless.

DO NOT STAY HERE! ITS DIRTY AND HOMELESS HANG OUT AT THE FRONT ENTURANCE DOOR. DOESNT SEEM TO BE A SAFE AREA EITHER. WE LEFT AND DIDNT STAY WE WENT ELSEWHERE.

We booked on Expedia and at arrival, the staff at the front desk was high and would not check us in. He stated that the system resets ever night and there was no reservation. We were told we could call the company number and book another room. I was charged through Expedia and am now not being given a refund because the hotel won’t answer. Expedia also attempted to call that night several times and they wouldn’t answer. But I am not given a refund which is unacceptable.

Unclean room.

Small, too expensive for mediocre place. Outdated, kitchen small..there's no privacy curtains. I paid $300+ for 2 nights

The location was convenient. Aside from that there was nothing else to speak of. Not having a bath tub that was clogged. The tub filled with water very quickly while showering which meant the bottom of the tub was not clean. I could feel the debris on the bottom of my feet. YUCK! Breakfast was bags of oatmeal, coffee, and hot chocolate. Really! Neither of my kids like oatmeal. So much for trying to save a little money with breakfast included. I requested a cooking package so we could fix supper in the unit. Part of the reason I chose your establishment. What I received was 1 large 8qt pan, 1 medium 6qt pan, 4 dinner plates, 1 can opener, 1 knife, 3 dinner spoons, 4 dinner forks, and 3 butter knives. No cooking utensils, no toaster, no coffee maker, and no bowls. Had to go get items just to fix dinner. Again, trying to save a little money which didn't happen. The room had only 2 chairs for seating. With a family of 4 more chairs would have been nice.
