Great staff

The only good thing about this experience was that the staff that I interacted with were very nice. However upon entering our room it was very dated and did not look like the online pictures. One bed had stained sheets that I immediately called down for a new set that never came so I slept on a towel. The pool and jacuzzi were algae filled and stained. I would not let my family in the jacuzzi. The doors and walls are thin. All night long we heard slamming doors, people running down the hall at 1am and crying children. I could hear someone’s alarm going off at 6am and it would not shut off. After a long, sleep interrupted night I was hoping breakfast would be decent. It was not. At 7am the waffle batter was out, the pancakes were rock hard and the eggs and sausage were dry and not edible. The packaged muffins and yogurt were all we could stomach. We were scheduled to stay 2 nights, we left after one. I do not recommend staying here.

Rooms are clean. Breakfast is great. Jim was awesome. Staff was awesome. Thank you again.

The staff were so nice. The property is a little older so no ice machine on 2nd floor (no big deal) one closet door missing (no big deal). What was nice was the bed and the shower... Bed was super nice and the shower had pressure! I am local and I will be back for sure!!

The hotel was reasonably close to the Oakland International Airport and very close to the location where I was visiting. The facility was clean, all my amenities functioned well, the room where I stayed was comfortable, clean, quiet, and private. Breakfast was timely, delicious, and warm.

Was a decent hotel, had security on site. Did have an nice breakfast that was clean and well organized.

Excellent stay. Clean facility. Could use bacon for breakfast buffet but it was nice to have to small buffet. Forgot toothbrush and they gave us one at the front desk.

I love staying here when I go to Oakland for work- the staff is friendly, solid breakfast options and it’s surrounded by convenient stores and a range of food options walking distance

Very nice and comfortable bed, shuttle to and from airport great Location was far from the city but great for airport

I was upset because the first room I went into the phone was not working. I wanted to notify them that the bed was broken and I found out that the phone had no tone. I had to walk down to the front desk and complain about this because the phone was an issue and the bird was again broken. The took a while to get me another room, but they did in the room had a funky smell to it. I would not stay there again.

El hotel estuvo muy bien en general tiene para recargar agua , café disponible . Parqueadero sin cobro . El desayuno tiene proteína y es variado es muy bueno. Las habitaciones si tienen un olor fuerte. Sin embargo las camas son cómodas y la habitación para una familia es genial.
