Ayres Hotel Manhattan Beach LAX

Stunningly gorgeous hotel! Friendly staff and loved the in hotel restaurant. The happy hour in the hotel was great and the bartender was very nice and helpful. Enjoyed our stay

The Staff is always THE BEST!!!

It was handy to have a fridge, and there was also a microwave. They had a solid selection of snacks for purchase on the second floor, including frozen meals, where the micro could come in handy. The surrounding area is mixed with stores and places to get food. A Costco was right across the street, so it made getting gas easy. And I went down to Hermosa Beach both days I was there using side streets and it took about 10-15 min.

Great stay, good location near the freeway, restaurants, and airport. I'd stay there again.

We love this hotel! The decor was amazing! 20ft ceilings, lots of space, tables, outlets. The desk chair was one of the most comfortable that I’ve sat in. Loved there was a vanity table in the bathroom with two outlets. Onsite restaurant. We felt transported in time while staying there with the decor. There is no shuttle to LAX, if that’s what you need.

Parking was easy, the room was clean and the staff was super friendly. Love the location and how close I was to the beach.

The property is highly maintained. All the employees are very friendly and helpful. As walking in the front door and one of the employees was watering down the sidewalk mention I should be careful. I said I had had surgery in my knee and I’m still recuperating and he took my hand and walked me to the door and open the door for me which was very nice cause I was afraid of falling. Everybody from the front desk to just running into one of the other employees in the hall are very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful surprise and fun hotel.. Loved the style and look. The location is funny-- but in general, an easy trip to the airport-- and I recommend if you have a layover or want a chill spot to go..

The fitness center may be small, but it’s well-maintained and has everything needed for a good workout. And a surprisingly underrated perk: the conveniently located restrooms on the main floor. When you’re traveling with family and the bathroom in your room is occupied, you’ll be grateful for this thoughtful touch. If you’re looking for a hotel that doesn’t break the bank and never misses the mark, Ayres is an easy choice. Convenient to basic needs (Costco), entertainment (SoFi, Intuit, Forum) and beach front walk (Manhattan Beach). Clean rooms, beautiful courtyard, food onsite. Great and friendly staff. Shuttle services are too late (12 noon, no morning)
