Nice clean hotel! Will definitely stay there again!!

Second, the showers, (stayed in 2 different rooms) both had slow shower drains, water building up over the top of my feet while showering. This was in addition to the diverter value and shower heads not functioning like they should have. Lastly, the road noise in the first room didn't help with the first two nights rest. I switched rooms for my final night stay and the noise was not on the other side, so ask if your room is on the road side...

The shower would have been better had it had a full pressure and not a slow pressure like for toddlers.. but other than that, it was a great stay

The bathroom wasn't clean, the bath curtain had a poop spot from previous guests. We had to contact management to change the curtain and clean bathroom again.

Very clean. Nice staff. We weren’t told that breakfast wasn’t included. Paying that much for a room breakfast should be included.

The bed was comfortable and the room was large. The staff was kind.

Had a nice stay with my husband and our 16 month old. They had a crib ready for us when we arrived.

Exceptional

The credit card I paid with was fraudulently used several places around your hotel the exact same dates I was there. I believe someone at the lobby desk used my card information to charge hundreds of dollars. There was hardly any water pressure so the shower was not good. The app said there was a complimentary breakfast but they said I had to pay…only the coffee was included.

Disappointing

But the staff was super kind and helpful!

The breakfast staff are very nice and accomodating though. Luckily we stayed only one night.

Family trip and the room was awesome. Quite convenient and spacious. Would definitely stay again

Very nice hotel

The hotel had everything you could need, from ice machines and comfortable rooms to food available on-site. It was conveniently located right off the highway, with a gas station nearby. If you have a rental car, there's even an In-N-Out Burger just around the corner. Overall, it was a very convenient and comfortable place to stay. This is my second time choosing this hotel and I plan to stay here again.
