Not able to sleep with all the noise and the staff did morning about it

Cons: The bed creaked every time we sat on it or moved around. The bathroom did not have a tub or a door lock and the sink was located outside of it. The shampoo and body wash did not smell great. We (2 people) got only 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths for our 3 night stay. Even though the room and hotel were renovated last year (as we were told) we encountered issues such as: When you turn on the bathroom faucet, the water literally (and comically) shoots out of the faucet, beyond the sink and onto the floor. The right swinging door of the closet got stuck and opened only half way. The closet door collides with the bathroom door. We could hear others in the neighboring room. The hotel charges $25/night for outdoor self-parking lot.

The Breakfast was Great! Many things to choose from all food was fresh and well stocked. Great clean place to stay for the weekend.The guy that checked us in was very helpful and checked us in a little early than our time to check in he explained the times for breakfast and the amenities that were available to us during our stay!

We stayed for 3 nights and had a nice stay. They have a small but nice gym, pool is heated and a convenient self-help laundry.

Breakfast was good, staff were kind, and room was clean. Overall good!

Great Service

The room was not very clean. There was mildew on the base of the shower and the bath faucet was not clean. The outlets were dirty and the smoke detector for some reason had a shower cap over it. The staff was kind. The breakfast was good and the kitchen was clean.

The room was not as clean as I would have liked. It was more of a wipedown instead of cleaned. There was a weird mildew-like smell in the bathroom. A fan/vent in there would be beneficial. The dishwasher is rusted and filled with calcium build-up. Under the sink was dirty as well. It served it's purpose for our needs, but some improvements would be great.

Had a double queen on the 3rd floor and the room was clean, beds comfy and pull out was also comfy for the kids. Breakfast was good. Had a variety of options. Staff was friendly and super helpful when we needed extra linens or towels. N/A

The room was very clean had enough space for our family. It felt more like an apartment than hotel, also being able to make our own meals was a plus. Thank you so much for making traveling with kids easy.

The pool and hot tub where nice. The garbage people left around the pool and in the stairway was gross. One room had a broken ceiling fan. Elevators where far from the rooms.

Breakfast was amazing and the 2 bedroom suite was very spacious and plenty of room and privacy for families traveling with children or multi family parties.

The room was nice and the facilities such as lobby and dining room are very nice. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and offered help often. The breakfast was not great. Overly salty eggs, juice was basically water, semi rotten fruit. Parking lot needs more lighting, very sketchy vibes. Better sign directory for location.
