Hyatt House LAX/ Manhattan Beach

They let us check in over 4 hours early when we arrived after our cruise. They even upgraded our room for free since it was ready. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

They also have daily housekeeping But the furniture and the carpets inside the room is old They have a peculiar odor which I wqs not happy about. Breakfast was good and hot served daily Location is good with easy accessibility to.locations like Santa Monica and Long beach Overall.reasonable stay but the interiors need to be improved.

Great place - the rooms were large and clean. Kitchen in the suite had any tool you’d need and a full-size fridge, cook top and dishwasher. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Pretty quiet property and really convenient location. Comfortable beds. No elevators though so get a ground floor room if stairs are an issue.

The room was clean and large enough to accommodate a family of five.

Uila and Tema were great check in was fast. There’s really nothing I wouldn’t like everything was great, just our last day our A/C wasn’t cooling. The weather outside wasn’t hot so it worked out.

Clean and and we basic need is in our room nothing

No funny odors I will be back

Have stayed several times and each time was awesome especially the desk staff that assisted us with an issue that was of our doing, iwe will be staying there during the siftball season at LMU for the next four years.

Awesome place to stay

Checked in for a one night stay at 10pm, no elevators on property they booked me a 3rd floor room, also charged a 250.00 hold on my card for one night , room had been prepaid on your site. Told me I would get back in 10 days! Did not advise this charge at check in. Do not stay here, oh yeah they also charge for parking in there big empty lot

Room was big and comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t that good one day but next was better. They also help you right away if you need anything. Room had small kitchen just enough to do what we needed. Area was quiet and safe.

It was a great stay and the staff was wonderful. The only issue was the connectivity of the app on the phone so I could watch Netflix or any other video app. We just gave up it wasn’t as easy as the others hotels I stayed. But overall the place was wonderful
