Loved the proximity to the airport and the convenience of the shuttle. We flew out of the international part of the airport and the hotel staff was very helpful in giving suggestions

My room was dirty, and the sheets had not been changed. I found hair in the bed when I turned down my sheets. The bed was made like they were clean, but they were not!! Disgusting!!

Proximity to the highway and workplace and concert venue was perfect. Nice friendly staff. Very clean. Breakfast selection was excellent! Will stay again!

Only bad thing was 5:30 ish am a breakfast worker burned some item and caused the fire alarm system to activate.

I stayed there for the airport parking and shuttle. On my return, I called for a pickup by the shuttle to return to my car. The hotel desk person was NOT at all helpful with instructions on where to go for the pickup and told me to "ask someone there" for directions. Then we had to wait over an hour when the hotel is 10 minutes away. The buss also had a strong smell of body odor that was terrible. Not a great time, no .
