Sonesta Select Atlanta Airport North

Great place to stay for an early departure at the airport.

Eres muy bueno o qué?

To start when I arrived at the airport, I jumped on the wrong Sonesta shuttle. I was staying at the Sonesta Select, not the Sonesta. I was told that the shuttle would not take me five minutes down the road to the correct property. They eventually did after much verbal, pleading from me. Secondly, and this is the most absurd experience I’ve ever had, there was NO CAFFEINATED COFFEE in the entire property. No caffeinated packets of coffee for the room coffee maker. When I asked the front staff when their restaurant and breakfast server would be in to start coffee I was told that that staff member had been sick for two days and he had.NO IDEA whether they would be in that day. Thus no option for caffeinated coffee in the morning. This is my question, what hotel does not take immediate action when they run out of regular caffeinated coffee? I’ve never heard of such a thing. To me that would be like going to McDonald’s and being told they’ve ran out of burgers. Ridiculous. I will not be staying there again. OK.

Our air-conditioning went out at 12:30 AM. Call front desk told me to pack myself and sit in the hallway and come downstairs and get a new room key no maintenance to come and fix it so we fit it ourselves and got it to work.

They do need to turn the mattress sometimes sink a little at the head and the pillows are a little on the rough side but other that that this is a very nice place to stay I look forward to saying again they did run out of coffee cups and creamer but again a very nice place to stay and it is quite and close to local stores

Pretty Good no problems at all

Friendly staff, comfortable and clean room close to the airport. They charged extra for parking.

There was NO breakfast! Just 2 pots of coffee! Nothing to purchase in the “store” either-just a couple if cartons if cereal there. No water or other drinks. VERY disappointed.

Clean room and excellent service

They didn’t have breakfast due to staff issues but nonetheless it was a great stay for the night.

Although there were many guests needing the attention of the front staff, the staff person was still friendly, efficient, and in control.

This house has very recently been renovated. It’s very nice with lots of extra amenities, including a brand new 6-hole putting green taking the entire back yard. Lots of other games and nice recreation areas to ply them. This is your house to rent!

Rooms need to be updated, had and old smell to it, location was great

Staff was super friendly and helpful. For an hotel airport, this was a good value. Walking distance to a few places to eat, most within adjacent hotels. Bed & Pillows were comfortable. If I have another overnight flight delay at ATL, I'll make sure to look this place up.

Great property. I would stay here again.

They do not serve breakfast during the week. Part of the reason why I booked was because it said breakfast was included when I arrived for my stay to check in. I was told they did not during the week.

Great stay with my family

When I arrived the receptionist wasn't very welcoming, she acted as though she didn't want to be there, very bland. The hotel stay wasn't very bad, but I have NEVER been to a hotel, where they have run out of towels everyday, and you had to keep asking for them, I did that for 3 days and it was two of us in the room, what an inconvience. Other than that, it was okay and I did feel safe there.
