Bathroom could be cleaner

Everything was as expected

Very disappointed with the staff and housekeeping. Stayed there for 3 days. After day one, my wife and I both asked to have our room cleaned. Only to come back later in the day to find out no one cleaned it. Called the front desk to let them know that no one cleaned our room, and was never granted an apology and was told that if I needed fresh towels, i would need to come downstairs and get them since housekeeping was gone for the day. Next day, once again called the front desk to make sure our room could be cleaned on that day. They said yes. Went out for a few hours and came back around 3pm to find out our room was still not cleaned. Finally I asked one of the housekeepers if our room was on the schedule to be cleaned and she said no. But she offered to clean our room anyway. I appreciated her kind service. Thank you Ruth In housekeeping.

The perfect stay before a long trip! We were able to leave our car there and it was safe and easy to pay for parking! Definitely recommend!

Decent staff and room was also of a good standard

Great place great location if you are needed to be close to the airport is well located

Not like other Airport hotels because you are so close to bars and local shops within a short walking distance

The staff add very welcoming and the cookies were top tier

The room was very clean and nice. You do have to pay to park there every night. I paid extra for a “city view” room and only view we had was trees

Be aware of no shuttle doesn’t run on time or no shuttle at all. Small gym

The staff Had to request a towel and soap as there was none The elevator was really dirty The facilities were very run-down

My room was dirty and has things on the floor not only that the sheets was also stain with black balls I asked for another room. They told me that I wasn’t able to get another room. The pool looks like someone peed in it for a day as soon as you get in, it is warm. Customer service is zero out of 10 they make you pay $56 for parking.

Pros: The air in the room stayed on so my room was nice and cool. The water was nice and hot for the shower. The bed linens were clean. The hotel was quiet. I had a beautiful view of big trees.

Just the lighting in the bathroom was dull I was trying to do my hair

The room had a stain on the carpet and the overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel was of low quality. The service was not great either. The pictures from when I made the reservation did not match the original room / hotel

I had to change rooms three times as my first room had a dirty rag under the snick, shower was nasty, shower curtain smelled of mildew and was stained. The second room the comforter and sheets were left on the pull out sofa instead of the end I assumed they were soiled. Third room I was given a kind bed that I shared with my 15 year old son who was turning 16 during our stay what a way to start the birthday weekend off. I was given two vouchers for free breakfast upon using them AFTER I ate staff in the diner informed me the vouchers only covered $13.50 each!!!
