Clean, convenient to airport, pretty good food

unfortunately the room itself had several issues that contributed to the rating.. overall the hotel was actually pretty nice.. In the room, when I sat down to work in the living area, i tried to turn on the TV with no success.. i tried multiple things but ended up calling maintenance - the person could not resolve the issue and indicated he would have to call a supervisor and come back. I was there for 2 days and it was never resolved and there was never any communication to me about it. Then in the bedroom, neither of the wall lamps by the bed were operable, only the overhead lights. And on the left side of the bed, the entire outlet/ usb port was also inoperable. Frankly with all the electrical items that were not working, I was a little concerned about an electrical fire while I slept. Last, and less concerning was just the ironing board... i was able to make it work but it is very short and even at under 6' tall, I had to bend over while ironing my shirts.

The room was very nice. Great size and comfortable beds. The staff was not very helpful upon our arrival. We arrived shortly after 10:00pm and the bar hours showed it as open, but there was so much confusion as to what was or wasn’t open. Bar hours said it was open, but the staff was so vague about if someone would come take our order. We stood at the bar for about 20-25 minutes until we realized no one was coming for our order (just wanted a glass of wine) and left. The young girl who helped us at breakfast the next morning made up for the night staff’s apathy. She was helpful and delightful and made us feel welcome.

The room’s A/C unit was set for 69 degrees. I changed tilt to 72 before going to dinner. When I returned 2 hours later, it was 67 degrees! Then turned it off. A few hours later it went back on by itself. I finally had to set it for heat mode to get the temp up. While I set it for 72, in heat mode it wound up going to 76. So, again I turned it off. This was room 411, which I will avoid in the future.!

I had a wonderful stay, so wonderful that I ended up booking another stay for next month. The staff was amazing, the room was amazing, and everything was perfect. I enjoyed every minute of my stay and can’t wait to come back.

Decent spacious room. Very clean. Staff was quite inviting. Easy shuttle to the airport. When we put the address into Google Maps, the pin code location (in the Maps) was incorrect. So we drove to some random parking lot. They need to change this.

The modern look to the lobby and the rooms! Everyone with kind and helpful. We had to switch rooms due to issues with our shower, and it was handled in an efficient manner. We had an issue with our shower in our first room. The second room we got moved to had a door that was difficult to close.
