Staff was helpful! The bed are very comfortable, they are updated and very nice

Everyone that we encountered was very please and the rooms were very clean and nice. The shock of being told a 100 dollar hold would be out.on my card and 10 dollars for parking. Ive never been charged parking at a hotel before.

Great location near the airport. Various options to eat nearby make it very convenient.

Stay was great! Just wished we would of knew the balcony permanently locked. Main reason why we booked the room.

Breakfast always was missing some food and stuff didn't refill.

The room was clean & comfortable & breakfast was decent . Also it was convenient to the venue. What I did not like about it that we had to pay for parking & the deposit was different once we arrived other than that . I give my over all experience a 6/10 .

Disappointing

It was clean No internet. Having just moved here from Europe we needed internet to set up new phone and to contact family which we couldn’t do because no internet. In this day and age that’s unacceptable.

Room was great except in the middle of the night our refrigerator started leaking all over the floor

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Location was great we needed to stay somewhere that we could leave quick to head to our next destination without a ton of traffic. Our room was not super clean. The floor still had stiff stuck on it and the shower literally still had someone else's hair on the floor of it still. Pretty gross. We wore our sandals at all times.

Wow! This place wasn't just dressed up a little. It has been gutted and everything is brand new! Awesome surprise. The room/bed were comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was a complete surprise, big room, comfort height toilet, nice towels, amazing shower and lighting. There are USB ports everywhere. We loved it. This place is absolutely perfect!
