Great Fun and entertaining for kids; Nice Breakfast, Friendly Staff, Good Parking.

Good service, but we not supposed to pay for parking

Our flight was canceled and when we finally got to our room they had given it to someone else and didn't have another room available. I can't get in touch with Expedia to get it fixed, so my stay didn't happen

This hotel had a great pool for the kids, complete with slides and multiple pool areas. It had a room sized for our family of 5 (and would actually accommodate up to 7). That is very helpful when most hotels only have the standard 2 queens available. The breakfast was great for a hotel breakfast. And, we used the laundry room which was conveniently placed near our room. There is also an arcade on the bottom floor which our kids enjoyed. The only negative thing I would say is about the arcade. Some of the machines give prizes. Depending on the score, you get a little prize, or if your score is high enough, a "grand prize". Our kids hit the grand prize score several times, but the machine only ever gave out the little prize, even though there were plenty of grand prizes available in the machine. So, maybe fix your machines so they don't scam the kids. An interesting thing was that during our stay there, the power went out. It was a complete city-wide outage that lasted about 3 hours. The girl at the desk handled it calmly and was as helpful as she could be, giving updates when she had information. The pool stayed open, so we spent most of the time during the outage there. Also, this hotel is located right next to the Glenwood Caverns gondola, so if you are planning to attend that attraction, this is a great location. We stayed the night before we went there, and then our car's parking was paid for the whole day we attended the park.

said they'd bring them to our room. We never got them. Shower rod was broken & barely held on to wall. Despite notifying the front desk of these issues they were never addressed. Dining area was very crowded & too small for the hotel capacity.
-
Under the bed, we found a toy, which means the room wasn't properly cleaned. The building is old, you can see it. A lot of kids walking wrong way on the pool slide and now one doesn't do anything about that.

Great stay

This Hotel needs an update. There were dog stains all over the lobby. The whole place is a bit dingy. There is trash and a general unkempt appearance to the parking lot. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast was great. I will not be staying here again.

Pros: Okay location although still a 20 min walk to downtown Glenwood. Cons: - Charge daily for parking - Run down property - Rooms small and dated - Barking dogs in room next door - Phone didn’t work - Room not stocked with basics like handsoap - Blankets paper thin and when asked for additional blankets they brought sheets - Air conditioning loud and obnoxious - Pool closed upon arrival - Pool has minimal seating areas - Pool not as cool as pictures make it out to be - No housekeeping service unless you request it (was not mentioned at check-in)

We had a great experience! The staff was helpful. I wish I would habe gotten the name of the girl that checked us in she was amazing! She let us know about Iron mountain hot springs I've never been there and will be going back.

Clean room, nice staff.

This hotel is extremely tired and worn out. There is peeling paint in the bathroom. The bathtub did not drain . The bathroom door looks like it has been destroyed. The hot tub is out of order. Ice machines on three of the four floors are out of order. The elevator is extremely dated, small, dirty and there is only one, making our room a third floor walkup. The AC is loud and rattles all night long. The room itself is dated but clean. Extremely disappointed this hotel for the price. The photos of the pool area are extremely misleading. In addition to the game room being misrepresented. We had someone try and kick out door open and than put shaving cream all over our door. I did not feel safe at all

The pool area was closed upon our arrival so we weren’t able to utilize an amenity we came for. Continental breakfast could use some help and they certainly need a new elevator as currently you plan your day around it as it’s so slow.

The service was exceptional, and the staff were enthusiastic and accommodating. The facility is beautiful, and will haave upcoming renovations, it remains comfortable, spacious, and welcoming, with convenient access to all amenities. We anticipate a return visit.

Excellent place to stay when visiting the Glenwood Caverns Adventure park.
-
My kids absolutely loved the water slide! Location right by the gondola to the adventure park was great and was walkable to restaurants and the hot springs. Beds were comfortable. Only bummer was the hot tub was closed.
-
Their room is excellent. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working when I visited. I was a solo traveler, so the waterpark did not apply to me. Booking online is a way to go to get a reasonable price.
-
The game room was really hot, but otherwise it was great.
-
Now we're even charged $10 a day to park in the hotel parking lot! It has really run down since our last visit, needs updated and cleaned.
