This inn was super close to the hot springs, had great options for a quick breakfast, and our room was clean and didn't smell weird. Check in and out was really quick, and beds comfy after a full day at the hot springs.

The breakfast never happened when we went that morning the lady told us to leave because it wasn’t happening that day :,(

Perfect location with easy access to I-70. Good Mexican food across the street and a Village Inn for a bigger breakfast. Loved the bright lights in the room so one can read a book. The windows on each side of the room are really nice too. The cute little window in the bathroom is perfect for a night light. The beds were comfortable. Will stay here again when back in the Glenwood Springs area.

I made a simple request to ask why our room hadn't been cleaned. When I called the front desk, I was told housekeeping is only available upon request. How was I supposed to know that when nobody informed us at check-in? I then asked if someone could please clean the room, even offering to wait outside, but the request was refused. I went to the office to speak with the manager, but instead of helping resolve the issue, she started arguing with me and began checking the security recordings to try to prove that she had informed me during check-in which she never did. She also never mentioned the discounted hot springs tickets, even though I specifically asked which hot springs she recommended. The situation then became even worse. A man came in from outside, started using abusive language and acted as if he was about to punch me. I felt threatened and completely unsafe. They left me no choice but to return to my room, and we decided to leave the hotel first thing the next morning. In the morning, I asked for an iron and was told to wait until the laundry opened at 8:30 AM. After waiting and nobody came, I had to call again before finally receiving one. The breakfast was very average, and the rooms are outdated with old furniture and blankets. Paying $196 per night for this level of service is completely unacceptable. I would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean and quiet. Rooms are small, could use more outlets by the bed, and blackout curtains. Other than that no complaints as it was clean and comfortable.

The rooms are clean. The staff was very helpful, especially during a power outage as they offered water and snacks until the power came back on. Will definitely stay here again.

Really did enjoy the Breakfast that was served. The GSI was just about the right distance between a gondola ride up to an amusement park (we bought just the Gondola only. No amusements rides.) and the hot Springs to soak our souls. Had an very enjoyable stay there.

Good location, we walked to the springs and restaurant area, and offered some discounts for attractions. Not very clean but reasonable.
