Everyone was helpful

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. The breakfast was good each day. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was very nice. Good location for walking to the springs or across the bridge to excellent dining and shopping locations. THERE IS NO BAR AT THIS LOCATION.

Clean nice room, a/c worked great. Shower nice. Beds comfortable. Good selections at breakfast.

Upkeep could have been better. Needs a refurbish job.

I usually stay at the Hampton Inn however, gave this hotel a try for the first time. I must say I was disappointed starting with the big stain that was on the side of the mattress , the dog barking continuously through the night, folks slamming doors, talking loudly, Continental was subpar and having to pay for parking. I will return to the Hampton Inn next-door my next visit to Glenwood.

Horrible hospitality. We asked at check-in if we could get a 45 min later check out the next day. They said sure just call in the morning. When we did they said there weren’t any more late check outs. They were incredibly rude and wouldn’t work with us at all. They continued to harass us until we did check out.

The pool and sauna are antiquated as well as the gym. Not sure how you change that though. The building overall is just older. The pool and sauna in the basement just feels gross.

Nice place to stay in Glenwood Springs. Easy walk into town and the baths.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful and our room was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good and the staff kept the food well stocked. The hotel is very well located so you can walk to town, the adventure park and hot springs.

Close to Glenwood Hot Springs. Handy and good breakfast and bed : )

Pool area was disappointing for the kids, so we paid to go to the hot springs $$$ Outdoor space was not very clean and crowded with furniture but no sunbathing lawn chairs. Staff was very kind and helpful!

Best breakfast in Glenwood. Rooms are clean and updated fairly recently. Very walkable.

Perfect location

It was clean and convenient for our one night stay.

Location is perfect for pool, short walk to the bridge and dining. Glenwood is stunning!

Great location

This is an old hotel, but well maintained. There was good variety in the breakfast.

Overall the hotel was good but certain areas could use a little attention. The hallway walls near our room are very banged up and have scrapes all over them (probably from housekeeping carts). There are large bleach spots on the carpet near our room. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok and had some variety to choose from.

Clean rooms and great service! Will be staying again
