This was the most perfect place for our stay in Eureka Springs. We stayed in the Hummingbird Cottage and it was so cute. We enjoyed breakfast morning and the staff were so friendly. They made us feel at home. We loved our morning and evening walks in the neighborhood and how close to downtown they are located, so we could actually walk downtown or take the trolley. If you are looking for the best this is your place to stay. It definitely made our vacation in Eureka Springs a very enjoyable one.

A beautiful property and room in a wonderful quiet location. We will definitely come back. Excellent breakfasts included that are delicious!

My husband and I had stayed here five years ago with different owners. Unfortunately things have not been kept to the same level as they were previously. Nothing was glaringly wrong. It's just little details of things. The property wasn't manicured as well as it had been the rooms were not maintained as well. There was just a lot of wear and tear noted. And finally, there were some things in the rooms that indicated some preferences of the current ownership that didn't necessarily align with everyone, and we felt like that was pushed upon us against our wishes. The current owner was super friendly and we appreciated the made from scratch breakfast.

This small B&B with five distinctive cottages. Each with their own theme and original art. The breakfasts were thoughtfully prepared with fresh ingredients. Very Farm to Table. Steven the innkeeper was very knowledgeable about what was happening around town. A great place to stay.

Interesting set up with individual, private stone cottages and adjacent parking in a garden setting next to the main house where incredible breakfasts are served. The cottage was well equipt and had air conditioning and whirlpool tub, fridge and coffee maker.

Truly wonderful and unique, filling breakfast. Hosts were great, communicative, and spent their time to make us feel comfortable and had great recommendations for exploring Eureka. Would absolutely recommend

Cute and quaint cottage that was a nice, relaxing get away from the everyday. Bed was comfortable, Roku TV, nice outdoor seating area, decorated to fit theme of the room. A/C was great. Breakfast was 10 out 10 and host offered unique items each morning. We did not try the jacuzzi due to time we had available and it looked a little dated but not to say it didn't work well. I highly recommend staying here!

I absolutely loved my time at the Rock Cottage Gardens. My favorite was the dessert, served first before you received your breakfast. The apple cobbler in the morning was the absolute best.

Cottage is cute, grounds are pretty, lots of plants, small fountains, fire pit that we used one night. Met the owners, nice folks. Breakfast served in the main house was good. Hummingbird cottage needs a suitcase holder and hangers, we could not get the keypad to work even though the owner showed us how to use it. Other than that all was good🙂

This is the cutest place ever. Very clean and great innkeepers. The breakfast was so delicious. They go above and beyond. We didn't get to try the hot tub since we were on a time schedule due to a wedding but this is a place we'd love to come back to some time and just chill. My big recommendation.

Fabulous! Very cozy cottage. Slept like a baby. Breakfast was amazing. I think I put on a few pounds while I was there. Steven and Joel are delightful. We’ll be going back as soon as we can.
