Cliff Cottage Inn - Victorian B&B and Boutique Hotel

Loved the Zelda room at Cliff Cottage, the staff is friendly and attentive. Coffee on the private patio with the jacuzzi and woods was very zen. We'll be back for sure.

We loved that the room had its own personality and was very comfortable. We needed our breakfast an hour early and they were happy to accommodate us; it was also delicious! Good coffee, too. Having an assigned parking space was very helpful due to the scarcity of good parking near the walkable downtown area. If we get a chance to visit Eureka Springs again, we would love to stay here again.

I wanted to do something special for my sister who is turning 70. So we rented one of the cliff cottage rooms, even though we chose not to eat the breakfast the room was amazing. My sister loved it and it made her 70th birthday so much more special thank you so much.

A very deep bathtub when I did not like is there was a faux for rug that was white but had the black things on it? I was afraid what it was. I found bobby pins all over the floor getting out of the tub. The tile was cracked and they just put a little area rug on top of it like they didn’t think I would noticethat you have to share a thermostat with a suite next-door and they kept it at 60° or lower and I froze all night because my heater didn’t work. I couldn’t get a hold of the in keeper and there was no blanket so all night long. I had to get up and turn the thermostat to 65° and they would turn it down to 60 when I left at 8:30 in the morning. The thermostat was at 56°. They promised breakfast was included but then found out it would be a $30 fee when I called to complain and that’s why I couldn’t get the heater to work. The TV didn’t work. Nobody answered me. I got nobody when I got home and informed the in keeper of it all he wanted to do was give me a $50 credit for the next time. I stay there like that was really gonna happen just because something looks very pretty and unique on the outside don’t believe that it’s gonna be nice on the inside. Stay stay away don’t spend your money. It’s not worth it
