Cute little place. Super comfy. Really nice folks.

I love this place. Super comfortable bedding. Everything was squeaky clean. It was cozy and comfortable. I could not be happier with this choice or more comfortable if I had been in my own home. Because the cabins are not attached to each other, once inside, it was extremely quiet. They don’t serve breakfast but really, bring a pack of muffins and you’re ahead of every other option.

Just okay

The gentleman at the front desk is the man. I’m not sure if he runs the place but he needs a raise. Great guy helped me with everything. I’m super grateful to him helping me out. The rooms was amazing thank you for everything.

Great stay!! Right where we wanted to be.

Did not like the steps going up to the bed and there was not enough room between the bed and wall . Could not lay in the bed and see the tv because it sets too low. Bathroom was really small and hard to get around in it. We only stayed one night , came home a day early. Didn’t have room to park in front of our room. We were under the impression from the pictures we saw on the website it was a cabin.would not go back.

It was nice when we wnt last time the young gentleman at the reception refused to provide the room for my family today despite a confirmed booking. In fact, I was turned away in a rude and racist way. His reason was that I had called him earlier to double-check the cancellation policy, and he took that as a request to actually cancel. However, when I called at 11:24 (in my family’s presence), I said we really liked their lovely place last time and booked to return again tonight, but we were having some issues and wanted to see if they are able to approve any refund in case of a cancellation. He said no, and we continued our ride inbound all day long. I did not state that I was actually cancelling, and kept our booking active at booking.com, but it seems he jumped to conclusions and did cancel. Even though they still had the room when we arrived with my family and I explained what happened, he did not agree about what was said and asked me to leave. When I asked what we can do to fix this and if this is what he really wants to do on Thanksgiving weekend with us and our little kids, he said he is actually Native American and sent me to “go and steal someone else’s land.” With that, he basically kicked me out, told me to go to Best Western, and locked the door. When my wife wanted to see if we can resolve this, they never opened the door for her and kept her locked outside on the street in the cold for 15 minutes with our 10-month-old baby, even shutting the lights. Were forced to book and stay somewhere else. As a frequent traveler, this is the lowest overall conduct in all aspects I have ever seen in the last 20 years. It is hard to even believe a business allows this kind of behavior. That person with all his indicated personal issues should not be in the hotel industry or even near customers.

Right in the middle of town! I didnt know i was actually staying in my own litlle cabin! It was so charming and clean. Timothy at the front desk said it was just me for a couple of days, and gave me an upgrade! Theres also a beautiful community backyard for guests to sit around a fire, or listen to the waterfall. A great stay!😊

Check in was extremely easy with the staff being very nice and warm. The place was clean and great place to bring your dog. My only critique would be the bed was too soft. We recommend this place.
