Matterhorn Tower

Location was perfect. Owner and staff went above and beyond! The only complaint I can remotely think of is pulling out of the parking lot onto the main road. It’s a little tricky with the traffic. But that’s Eureka Springs for ya. Can’t do anything about that!

This was our first time staying here and won't be the last. We loved the location, and the room was comfy.

Quirky cool property layout. Everything felt very private. Excellent location in town.

The Matterhorn Tower is a Swedish style building with towers, beautiful gardens, unique architecture and art. Vicki our host was absolutely wonderful. Conveniently located across street from tolley station. N/A

While an older facility, it was very comfortable, clean, and the staff (Vicky) was great. Answered all our question's, and directed us to everything we were interested in. Loved the decorations around the facility.

Not as many amenities as the larger hotels but worth it for the price

Owner and staff were friendly. Hotel is cool and unique. Did I mention owner was friendly? He was so nice! They make you feel like old friends. I didnt like that I haven't stopped there before!!

We enjoyed our weekend stay at the Matterhorn. We stayed in the jacuzzi King bedroom. My wife, my 8-year old, and I enjoyed the jacuzzi very much and the king bedroom was big enough for the three of us. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool since it was winter when we visited, but it is right outside of the room for very easy access when it is open. The facilities and grounds are beautiful and have an amazing Swiss/European aesthetic and ambiance. The location is close to really good restaurants, and downtown shopping. It is right across the street from an amazing winery in a gorgeous Victorian house and it is also across the street from one of the trolley stations in case you don’t want to worry about driving while you are visiting Eureka Springs. The owner/manager of the facility, Chris, and his co-manager, Jackson (his faithful dog!), were extremely hospitable and helpful with great recommendations with things to do and places to eat. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay there again. This isn’t really a dislike but rather just a heads up, but the water in the shower and the bathroom sink heats up very quickly and it runs a lot hotter than most hotels’ water when turned up all the way.

Older hotel a little dated. Excellent room at a great price very clean. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Will definitely return for another stay. The only thing bad about our stay was the rainy weather.

Quaint older place. Located in a good part of town. Nothing really.
