Quietest place to stay. No outside noise. Best staff. Awesome rooms. Our go to place when in eureka springs. Room 443 is our favorite, but humidity was really bad this time. Everything was damp during stay. Just need some dehumidifiers that can be requested.

Close as you can stay from the trolley stop at the top. Clean pool and hot tub. Clean rooms. Ice machines. Fresh coffee and muffins, no charge! Bathroom, shower areas could use an upgrade. Toilet tank looks like 3 gallons or more. What a waste of water when just taking a 10 one hundred.

Highly recommend. Just ignore the weird fact that they have a dispensary in the lobby. The huge banner across the entrance is a bit distracting - but - It is so clean, affordable, really great firm beds, soft excellent bedding and towels, very hot water, quiet, and a great location. My husband loved the huge hot tub, coffee, and morning muffins. They really work hard to make you feel welcome. We will stay there again!
