Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Daphne/Mobile

The rooms had lots of roaches. One of the refrigerators needed defrosting because a drink was stuck in there. Trash underneath the beds. One dryer doesn't get hot took my $2.00 and the other u literally had to hold the door in order for the dryer to get hot. No ice on either floor and the drink machine wasnt working. The shower was warm water and nothing in the vending machines and NO POOL

The place was dirty inside and out.

Would not recommend. Stayed one night room smelled damp. Breakfast was awful if that’s what it was called no fruit two bagels and the pancake maker was broke.

Do not recommend. Roaches in the room and halls. I do not recommend. Wouldn't reimburse since I used Expedia to book.

The room was clean but smelled like mold. The public areas looked dirty. The breakfast was embarrassing. No fruit, nothing hot. They were out of most of everything. The coffee was horrible. I have stayed at a microtel before, but this was the worst I have ever been in. There are better deals close to this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and pleasant. The washer did not work and there was an iron nor ironing board in the room.

Staff were rude, checked a random man into my room 8 hours before I actually arrived

I cut MICROTEL from my experience.

Nothing but the bathroom was acceptable. Room 208. Desk attendant was rude. She even mentioned she wouldn't stay at that hotel ever!!The place is nothing like the pictures online. ( lies)The elevator was disgusting. The floor as I got off the elevator sounded like it was about to fall in. The luggage cart was embarrassing for a hotel in general. Sad place to stay. OMG!! THE vent in the air conditioner had a smell of filth when turned on. I have pictures. The TV internet didn't work I called the front desk and she said( I dont know anything about the this here it probably dont work). I held the phone and politely hung up in her face. The refrigerator had somebody food left in it, I left it there 3 days later when I checked out. The drawers had crumbs of whatever it was because no one thoroughly cleans .. Around the base board of the foor was particles of stuff from poor cleaning. I slept on the end of the bed under my on blanket. Those 2.5 nights was a total waste of $256. Never ever ever again . I'll sleep in my vehicle if this hotel is my last option. !!! I checked in around 4pm 5/18. So im sure management knows who work that evening..

I love the price of the room and the location. The room was adequate for my purposes it had a clean bed and a good air conditioner. The shower has plenty of very hot water. It has a good fridge and a decent little microwave. They have plenty of channels. There isn't much I didn't like I actually think it was a fantastic deal for the money.

Hallway had a moldy smell, bathroom had mold in ceiling and you can tell the sealer in the tub needed to be redone, also there was roaches in the fridge and bathroom

The price was good and very clean. The only thing I can think of is more breakfast options.

Staff was really nice. The room was comfy for price and location. I did have to ask for sheet to remake bed and change pillow cases due to hair and eyeliner being on the sheets and pillows. Staff was very understanding.

Nice place to stay

No parking. Spaces blocked by cones for no apparent reason. New computer system and no staff training leads to delays.

Price was good. Room was clean and not outdated. Front desk customer service was helpful and friendly.
