Nice stop

The room smelled of smoke but the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Room was not dirty…but the bed had something metal underneath. Which made a terrible sound when getting bed. Ac doesn’t work well and room was humid. Someone was in the small parking lot having a bbq and was weird. I actually let and checked into a different hotel around the corner so I could get a good night rest.

I truly have mixed feelings about this place. We have stayed here twice. The first time we had an issue with the cleanliness off the room, it was an over night stay so we just kept it moving. The second time we ended up waiting over an hour after check out for the room to be cleaned.. apon entering the room there was a fresh cigarette on the bed, prompted me to keep looking. Pee on the toilet a puddle behind the bathroom door and the tub hadn't been wiped down in quite sometime. And the running brown liquid stains... looks like blood. I immediately went to the front desk cigarette in hand.. im guessing it was the manager. He argued with me about the cigarette and the cleanliness of the room asking " what do you want me to do about it" like seriously?! We paid for a clean room?! The house keeper was made to come back in and clean it again. The other housekeepers who all appear to live at the hotel are decent folks but it's clear that no one cares about actually cleaning the rooms. We were traveling with a 15month old child, so all of this is beyond unacceptable. Spend a few dollars extra and stay somewhere else.

Will never go there again. To get treated this way and discriminated against is against the American disabilities act. They are independently owned and have no scruples. I did nothing wrong.

There was mold in my room.

The beds were comfortable. The motel is sorta ran down. There’s tons of questionable individuals hanging around the motel. There’s always someone smoking outside the rooms. The stairs are dangerous with small children. There’s huge gaps that a toddler could easily fall through. We saw a few roaches in the room. There was possible mold under the bed. We will pay a little more for something nicer next time.

This is a terrible motel. Unsafe feeling.

They put me in someone elses room and part of my stay in front office being asked repeatedly what my name was. That place is off.

It was a pretty okay motel. We only stayed one night, all we wanted to do was sleep so we didn’t really mind. The front desk lady though was very friendly and polite😊

It is loud in the evening, when people are hanging out outside their rooms!

Cheap and local

The rooms are out dated, we had to switch rooms ac didn’t work. Door latches had screws missing, floors were not exactly clean, my grandson dropped a toy and I moved the dresser and was totally in shock! Very dirty floor, towels clean but dingy looking. No pool, no lobby, no breakfast, and rooms look nothing like the pictures at all. You can tell it was a run down motel upon arrival, but to get my money back through Travelocity would take awhile. Now the staff is wonderful wonderful wonderful!!! No telephone in room, 3 sets of keys stopped working so every night or everytime we lefty we had to get them fixed. Not very attractive from the outside, my husband almost made us leave, but you can tell they are trying to remodel and get rid of the riff raff! My son came to pick up my grandkids and said it was the local crack and drug motel. Travelocity may need to look more into thier booking when they do because this is the second time I used Travelocity and this has happened to me. It’s getting to be not a service I’m willing to use much if it keeps up! But like I said, staff were nice, attentive and very helpful and thier when you needed them. They are perfect and deserve better place of a work environment. I had a great time though.
