Comfort Suites Daphne - Mobile East Bay

Always helpful and greeting guests as they walked by them each time. Everything was great except the room smelled a bit musty and the curtain had a large stain on it, possibly from condensation/humidity. (Easy fix tho!) Plus, it is very near the Gator Boardwalk!

Well our room started leaking with all the rain ,and they offered to move us to another room but we were leaving to a condo at orange beach and they refunded our money for that day and was great of them doing that so I will stay there again

Our room had trash in the bathroom, and breakfast was nasty, eggs and sausages were not done.

The front desk staff took forever to come to the desk to check us in. At least 10 minutes. They were also not answering the phone becuase we tried calling while we were standing there. Another gentleman waiting with us said that it had taken him 25 minutes to get someone at the desk to check them in the night before. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Only one elevator that takes a while in the mornings when everyone is trying to check out.

I am not used to giving poor reports, but I feel like people need to know what they are getting into.The room lock did not work well. The carpet smelled, and the pictures in the picture frames had mold in them. We killed several bugs and the beds had food crumbs on them when we got into the room.

Probably won’t use this facility again. Hard to get to. Front desk wasn’t staffed properly at check in

I choose to stay here when we come because the beds are comfortable! Staff is always so nice and friendly.

Me and my grandsons very much enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and the ac worked great and breakfast was awesome!!

The staff was amazing and so accommodating. We had a couple rowdy baseball teams there for 5 days and they were so great. Would definitely recommend

Very dirty, and rude staff.

The pillows are very lumpy, the sheets are thin and worn and the drapery didn’t operate properly. There are zero towel bars in the bathroom - only one small hook. There is no housekeeping. Breakfast choices are awful. We paid $330 for two nights and at that price we expected a bit more. There are other hotels in proximity and we will try a different place the next stay in Daphne

Great property for the price! Clean, good pool, and decent breakfast!

Room had mold growing on lampshades, pictures, ceiling, and mini fridge door. It was so bad we chose to pay for another hotel to stay in without being guaranteed we would be refunded for our stay.

Definitely would stay again!

Shower at night and did t have hot water. It was a little warm
